Love this probiotic! After having taken it consistently for a while, I feel absolutely great, especially after having taken a round of antibiotics which I understand kills my gut flora. Not only did this probiotic help replenish my good gut bacteria, I am feeling more energetic, and my bowel movements are better than ever. Usually when i wake up,I'm in bed for about an hour feeling tired.But since regularly taking it, I can get up within ten minutes of my alarm. Dealing with this family-run brand has also been a pleasure whenever I have any questions, as they are always kind and quick in response, responding to my emails within a day at the most.
