Product chain quality.
The product is nice, but the chain of the bag is not of good quality. The chain runner broke after 1st use.

Must buy bag!
The bag is very spacious and seems comfortable for my pet cat. I had the older version of this bag which I thought was best until I got this bag. It's bigger in size the quality seems more better. I take my cat with me for dinners and outings and when she in her bag she always used to be a bit uncomfortable bcoz of the space but now she has more space to sleep and chill in the bag as the extra space with the extended compartment gives her that. It's a must purchase cat parents u can definately go for it!

The bag smells horrible The stench is unbearable. Since we already pulled off the plastic we couldn’t return. Tired airing it out but it didn’t improve.
