I had to order this twice. When it first arrived the letter was chipped with paint missing. I returned the product and had them ship me another. This one came worse. The top white molding was removed and I had to regule and the last two letter are cracked and barley hanging on. I had to glue those down as well in hopes they don’t actually break off.

Ordered 2 of these for Christmas gifts and both came broken. One of them the word home is cracked and broken and the white peak came off, the other the word home is off completely and the letters are all broken.

I can't say enough about this product. I love the 'homey' feel of it. Not only does it have a place for your keys ... or whatever you want to hang on it (not coats please lol) but there's a little 'slot' to put outgoing mail or ... something. Maybe important mail. Maybe lottery tickets you need to check lol. The construction is very sturdy and does require a screwdriver to put one piece in place plus you need to attach it to your wall. All the hardware is included, except the screwdriver lol. I have had a key holder on the wall my the door for over a decade. White, flowery, pretty, very 'me'. But ... new house ... new little things. This would be a great gift for yourself, as a housewarming present, for a new homeowner or for a new apartment. Or just because it's the thing we all need but didn't know we needed it. I'd definitely both gift and recommend.

Ordered and arrived broken. My son ordered another and it was broken as well. Couldn't even make one whole key holder with the two broken ones.
