Several issues
First and foremost, the bouclé material has discoloration on the fabric as evidenced by the photos. Whatever it is, I can’t get it out. I also found two black hairs while I was unpacking, looked like long dog fur. Definitely not mine as I am blonde and do not have pets. Disappointed. I requested to have the seller replace the stained pieces, no luck yet.Secondly, the couch is hard to sit on. Needs additional cushioning underneath. Looks like it was designed for show as opposed to being designed for practical use. It's sad because I really wanted to like it. If the seller replaces the dirty pieces, I will have to get additional cushioning for the seats or figure something else out because it's not comfortable to sit in long term.
