not built for hot liquids at all
I have had this for a month and a bit . Not great, as the dispense stopper copmes loose after cleaning. Also the plastic cracked when i put stock inot it so not built for hot liquids, which ios kind of why you buy it really .Would recomend you look elsewhere if you want a seperator for your stocks and sauces.
