Brilliantly-designed Solo Game ...
If you are a solo gamer and have some degree of interest in steampunk submarine game, just get this one; you won't regret it ...

Great solo experience
Great solo strategy game. Fast to learn and fun to play. Challenging as well, still have not gotten a passing score but have had a blast playing so far. Once you learn the rules gameplay is pretty quick and straightforward but still requires solid strategy.

Fantastic Solo Game even without expansions
This is a great, story driven game, which can be different each time you play. I love the fact that it's linked to 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, giving it a familiar theme.

Like robinson crusoe except easier to understand
I have played most of the major solo or games over the past 6 months, and I would say this one is in my top three. If you're wondering if this game is for you, I would say it is a combination of Robinson Crusoe in the sense that you have many different choices that you can make on a given turn, and with just as much of a luck factor. By that I mean rolling the dice can make or break the game at certain points depending on the choices you've made. This can sometimes make the game seem unfair or not based on your choices as much as you would like. But with that said it is pretty easy to understand how to play I felt very comfortable by the beginning of my second game after watching a few YouTube videos. Great narrative again very similar to Robinson Crusoe.

Great solo game
It took me a while to warm up to this game. Honestly, it doesnโt bring the adventure to life for me in any way at all (there are others who love Verneโs book and would disagree with me on that). Once I came to terms with that and began to understand the game play more, there is a lot to like in just learning to get good and try different strategies. My board had some issues with separation, as shown in the picture, but that did not affect gameplay at all, just storage and making sure to be careful in folding and unfolding.
