Bought this is my tablet was in a reboot circle and it was suggested that the battery could be the problem. It is a genuine Samsung battery and does charge a lot quicker than the original which was over 4 years old. I did come in a cardboard envelope which didn't really provide any protection, but the battery was fine. Would buy again from supplier.

Bought this to try and fix a boot loop issue. It arrived as communicated but the battery was not sealed and had some dents on it. The one it is supposed to replace does looks flawless so I'm not sure this is even a new battery. Needless to say, it didn't fix the problem.

Bought this to replace the one that had been in the tablet for 4 years and only lasts 24 hours. I replaced the original battery with this one and it has made little difference. Down to 50% just 12 hours after being fully charged and only using it for about one and half hours.

Item return is a fiasco, sent to me without a hazardous label, but when I have tried to send it back I need to attach a hazardous label. That means it cant be flown (firm in Jersey). I have to find a courier to handle it, nearly impossible. and cheapest is £46. Twice what the battery was worth. Sending back as no longer required as the pins wouldnt fit.
