This laptop battery was exactly what they promised it was.I tried calling ASUS to confirm the model number. ASUS support was very vague, did everything they could to avoid answering my question, tried to convince me to send my laptop in for a month so they could change the battery on it for me. ASUS told me an incorrect model number of battery in an attempt to further complicate my efforts to fix my problem on my own.On the other hand, this store, this listing, was completely accurate. This listing promised this battery would work and it did work perfectly. The battery arrived quickly, and was exactly what I needed. It was not too difficult to install, although you do have to completely disassemble your laptop to do it. Stay organized, watch a youtube video on it, be gentle with the ribbon cables, and try not to loose any tiny screws!

I bought this for my Asus ROG GL752VW-DH74 because the original battery would not fully charge. This battery came well-packaged and undamaged, even though UPS damaged the outer cardboard box. It came with no instructions so just YouTube a video, it's not a hard replacement process. My battery wear meter states it is at 0% wear so this is a brand new battery. I will caution anyone doing their own battery replacement to be very careful taking the casing off the body of your laptop. The ribbon cable brackets are very fragile and I broke one. But that's not the fault of the seller so I gave it five stars, it works as it should!13-month update. The battery will not charge or hold a charge. It worked fine up until the warranty expired. Definitely loses a couple of stars for the lack of longevity.

I bought this battery in March 2018 after my first battery that came with the laptop died. Sadly this battery too just died on me. I was scared that I would have to buy another one even though it states that there's a one year warranty as most companies will do anything to blame the consumer but I sent an email anyways with my fingers crossed. Within two hours I got another email asking for some more info and within the night was given confirmation that they would be sending me a new one free of charge and stated that they'll be talking to manufacturing about the issue. I couldn't have asked for more superb support.

The battery came in with no defects or damage but I am having the same issue as a lot of other users here where I get an hour and a half or so of battery life as opposed to the original 3 and a half to 4 hours of the original battery. Decent product and simple enough to install, but I'm slightly disappointed in the battery life I'm getting from it.

the battery barely lasts an hour and 45minutes with me while doing basic stuff like watching movies, on my N552vx Asus laptop. as opposed to 4 hours of the original battery, when both have the same 48WH and 3200mAH capacity. reading the other reviews, it looks like the product is working fine with the other buyers, so i am sticking with a 3 star review pending more data analysis in my end.

Be sure you know how to install it. Would not be easy for someone who has never opened a laptop before. So far the battery hold a charge for about 3 hrs which is usually all I need I've only had it a little over a week. we will see how it is long term. I may be back her to review again in 6 months. I followed all break in instructions so we'll see.

The moment that I installed this battery in my laptop, I started having issues all across the board. This battery, while it claims to be compatible with the Asus ROG GL752VW, is not in fact compatible at all. Sure, it'll hold a little bit of a charge, but it will fluctuate like crazy, and will randomly shut off 5 minutes after unplugging the laptop..even when you're not running any applications!It also does some funky stuff with the battery indicator light on the front of the case. This battery simply is not good enough. I also did battery reports constantly, and this battery deteriorated way more quickly in its full charge capacity than the original battery did. Today I did a battery report, and the numbers I got were appalling. The design capacity is supposed to be 41,440 mWh (already less than the original battery 48,000 design). However, the actual full charge capacity came back as 9,916 mWh. That is not a long battery life at all!Terrible battery, do not buy this.

Works fine for 3 hours every time you charge it. It was pretty easy to install. Working for 2 weeks now
