I love these glass nail files. My last one broke after being dropped a few times lol. But it’s cool cause I found this nice red one (my favorite color) with roses (my middle name). Comes in a nice box with a microfiber cloth that is mentioned no where, including the literature in the box haha.

These G.Liane glass nail files are similar to my Bliss Kiss glass files that I have that were recommended by Simply Nailogical. I'm also comparing them to Mont Blue files, which are virtually identical to Bliss Kiss, just a bit more economically priced. ETA: Just recently realized the difference between the glass files is that these G.Liane glass nail files are not Czech glass. That said, they work just about as well. The difference that I notice is how much thicker and heavier that they are.These G.Liane glass nail files are etched tempered glass and should last forever. I love that they came with a hard plastic case as I tend to drop things. The nail file is what’s most important, though, and these are a good quality tempered glass. However, they are smoother than my Bliss Kiss and Mont Bleu files and take longer to file down your nails accordingly. That is a pro and a con, as you might end up with smoother nails more easily. It's all how you use them.In addition, the G.Liane glass files are longer and thicker than Bliss Kiss and Mont Bleu, which makes them sturdier, but heavier. If you have nerve or gripping problems, you'll find the G.Liane glass nail files easier to hold and feel the weight of in your hand. So, again, both a pro and a con.Overall, I am pleased with the texture, size, and performance of these G.Liane tempered glass nail files.As the parent of kiddos with autism, there are causes near and dear to my heart. This works well on my short nails. The texture takes a little getting used to but the results are great and it looks like it will last a long time

Many file companies call the files they make, glass. I am sure in the glue is ground glass.This is real glass and is wonderful for delicate nails.

DESIGN: The floral designs are gorgeous, as is the packaging, though the case seems a bit cheap. It appears to be true etched glass, which is what you want in regards to longevity and function.MAINTENANCE: So far I have only needed to clean the file with the included cloth, so I can't say how well it holds up to an actual wash, but I don't see there being a problem since it is etched glass. This type of material supposedly doesn't get bacterial build-up like other files, but I would still recommend washing it every once in a while.STURDINESS: At first glance it seems fragile, but as far as use goes I think it is pretty sturdy.FINAL THOUGHT: IT IS LIKE NAILS ON CHALKBOARD!!!!!Okay, I know that sounds like a deal-breaker, but it's not. You have to play around with your plan-of-attack to find a comfortable method. Once you find the right format, it works wonders.Glass files succeed where emery boards do not - they are long-lasting therefore better for the environment, they do not leave layers of nail for cleanup after shaping, allow for filing back and forth without making the nail fragile, and less effort seems to be needed for quicker results. Buy this - you won't regret it!

Die Feile an sich ist hübsch.Ich habe sie dennoch unbenutzt zurückgeschickt. Aus zwei Gründen.1. Made in China2. Die Feile ist mit 3 mm Stärke viel zu dick, um die Nägel angenehm zu feilen. Es ist ein unangenehmes Gefühl, die dicke Feile unter dem Nagel zu haben. Feilen mit 2 mm Stärke sind viel angenehmer.Ich werde mir woanders eine dünnere Feile besorgen.

... und wenn die Empfängerin glücklich ist, bin ich zufrieden.
