Jettle Portable Electric Kettle, Pink

I bought the Jettle because I wanted a small temperature-controlled kettle for travel. I have a full-size temperature-controlled kettle at home that I love, but I didn’t want to travel with it. After taking the Jettle on a week-long trip and using it multiple times, I’m very glad I bought it.The 450 mL capacity was perfect for travel, and the bottle shape made it easy to pack. I was initially unsure about pouring from the broad rim rather than a traditional spout, but I had no problem with it. It was easy to handle, pour from, and clean, and it felt safe to use. Heating time was also perfectly reasonable.I primarily used the 176°F setting for green tea. I find it a little odd that the temperature settings don’t correspond exactly to some common tea temperatures—for example, 176°F rather than 175°F—but my green tea brewed well and wasn’t bitter.Most importantly, it was genuinely comforting to know I had an easy, reliable way to make tea while traveling without depending on whatever equipment was available where we were staying. I would absolutely pack the Jettle again for another trip.If you care about water temperature for tea but don’t want to travel with a full-size kettle, the Jettle fills that niche very well.

I’m lazy. Other customers should know that I’m lazy.I have a custom oral appliance that I wear to sleep, and the instructions tell me to boil it nightly so it softens and fits correctly. The “problem” with that is that I’m lazy and don’t want to go to the kitchen to boil water every night in order to use it. I thought I’d look into getting some kind of kettle I could keep in the bathroom.I honestly didn’t expect to find something I like THIS much that works THIS well. I love the size and the color— I HATE countertop clutter, but this is inoffensive enough that it can live on the counter and I’m not bothered. Though, to be honest, I do turn it so I can’t see the product name at the bottom. I could do without that.I haven’t traveled with this yet, but my appliance compliance (ha!) is SO much better now that it’s worth it for that alone. That said, I’ve heard horror stories about the coffee pots in hotel rooms. I’m weirdly looking forward to the opportunity to travel with this and finally have the opportunity for that sweet, sweet caffeine boost in the morning without having to worry that some stranger has done something disgusting with the provided pot before me. This would work really well to make oatmeal, tea, or instant coffee on the go, so long as there’s an outlet available.The size is great for packing and travel. It’s a smidge bigger than the size of a standard reusable water bottle, so it’s definitely portable. It boils pretty quickly. I haven’t timed it, but I’d guess it’s about two to three minutes. There’s an adjustable temperature display, and only two buttons, so it’s easy to use, and you’re not committed to a full boil in order to have hot water.This product has a super specific purpose for me, personally, so it’s surprisingly versatile. I haven’t regretted this purchase for a single moment. It’s genuinely fantastic.

I keep this travel kettle in my office, and it's been really convenient. It's compact, so it doesn't take up much space on my desk, and it heats water quickly for coffee and tea. It's easy to use, simple to clean, and has worked well every time I've used it. It's been a great addition to my office.

This will be a game changer as I am a complete germ-a-phobe and despise using hotel coffee makers. You can warm milk,soup, make tea and the mushroom coffee I love. I am very pleased. My only fuss is the box it came in looked a hot mess like it was already opened. Nonetheless a good soapy water clean out straight from the box made it fine.

Don't be fooled with the neat description online: in few weeks the water marks and metal tarnish appeared on the bottom, tried vinegar etc. Nothing works, ugly, unappealing to use with the tarnishing turning darker and oxidation. Steam also condense on the inner plastic part of the top which defeats the idea of avoiding contact with the plastic. STAY AWAY.

I love this!!! I keep it at my desk in the office so I can make tea. Barely any steam comes out of the top, the outside stays cool. It’s very compact. It isn’t loud but does give off a sound as the water heats up. it takes like 5 ish minutes to boil. I wish it beeped only once or twice when it was done. But ultimately I love this product.

I really liked it while it worked for 3 months. Then it popped and stopped working. My older junky Chinese one is 3 years old and still works.

Other customers should know that this little Jettle is BEYOND AMAZING. THE ONLY "IMPROVEMENT" THAT IT MAY OR MAY NOT NEED IS FOR IT TO BE CORDLESS, BUT THEN MAYBE IT WOULDN'T HEAT UP SO FAST LIKE IT DID TODAY. I JUST RECEIVED IT TODAY, AND I WAS DYING TO USE IT. FOR ME, IT COULD NOT BE MORE **PERFECT*** I JUST HAD TO RETURN ANOTHER BRAND OF THREE OF THIS TYPE OF UNIT BECAUSE IT TOOK AT LEAST AN HOUR JUST TO GET HOT WATER, BUT THERE ARE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS LITTLE JEWEL. I AM SOOOO HAPPY THAT I BOUGHT IT, AND I WILL PROBABLY BE BUYING A FEW MORE FOR MY FRIENDS. IT IS JUST SO ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU TO WHOEVER INVENTED THIS. COMPARED TO THE ONES I HAD TO SEND BACK, THIS ONE DOES MIRACLES, AND EVEN THE PINK COLOR JUST MAKES ME SMILE. A+++++++++++THE VERY BEST THERE COULD POSSIBLY BE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ONE OF THESE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SOME OTHER ONE. THIS ONE IS THEEEEE BEST. I CAN'T PRAISE IT ENOUGH. BOY AM I GOING TO HAVE FUN WITH THIS ONE:):) IF I COULD RATE IT I'D GIVE IT ABOUT 200 STARS:) THANK YOU AGAIN.
