Easy to use!
The design of this product is fantastic and very simple. By far the best patio door handle ever seen!

Mixed feelings
The handle came loose and the ball bearings fell out. Frustration for the money.

I found some little tiny metal balls loose inside the box. Not sure if they belong to the locker

Extremely nice, mad it doesn't work for us
Our old one left marks and the bracket just doesn't cover enough of it and the holes don't line up either so would need to drill new ones, just getting a different one and measuring next time

Uncommon Quality
You don't see these very secure mortice locks very often. I find them mostly on very expensive patio style French doors. This is a very good lock and is precision made. If your home has these locks, you are in good shape.
