This ball works great!
I got this ball to help me with core exercises. It was very easy to blow up. You just push the straw-type stick, that is included, into the hole and blow into it. It probably only took about 20 breathes and the ball was firm. Then you quickly remove the straw and insert the smaller piece back into the hole. The ball holds the air well. I got the 9” diameter ball and it is working well, just as advertised. There is no smell with this ball. I would definitely recommend this ball. There is also a small paper included with several examples of exercises you can do using the ball.

Great therapy ball
I needed a 9” ball for required home physical therapy. I fell in love with the one my therapist had for so many functional and comfort reasons. She reccomended the Trideer on Amazon to use at home. It arrived within the 24 he window ( super awesome) 👏 the product though requires some assembly, blow up then plug with provided plug. My gym-rat BF had it ready in five minutes. No excuses! So home recovery- therapy begins. It’s easy to grip and hold nicely. Refill was easy. Great price and super convenient to my door. My home gym is growing. I only have to hide it from my oversized ball crazy poodle.

Durable, But Tricky to Inflate
I got this little Pilates ball to do some exercises recommended by my physical therapist at home. This is my first yoga/Pilates ball, so I was surprised at how small the package was that it came in. The package contained the ball (deflated), two straws for inflating, three plugs, a plug puller, instruction manual, and pamphlet with exercises you can do with the ball. I also noticed later a simple 30-Day Exercise Challenge chart on the back of the box, which I thought was kind of creative. The ball held lots of creases and other marks from being folded up in the box that did not go away upon inflation, and I have not had it long enough to see if those creases go away over time. The description says that the ball can be inflated with just a few breaths and no pump is needed. This was partially true for me. I was able to get the ball inflated with the provided straws, but it took a lot more than a few breaths and was not easy. Full disclosure though, I do have some moderate breathing difficulties, so others may not have the same experience. The hard part comes once the ball is inflated. Unlike the valves on other inflatable balls I've come across, this ball does not have anything that will help prevent air leakage before the stopper is in place. You have to quickly pull out the straw and insert the plug before too much air escapes which proved tricky, for me anyway.Once you get past the hard part, I have found using this ball very much like the one I use I physical therapy. It is sturdy, easy to handle, seems durable, and provides exactly what I need for my at home therapy sessions. For anyone going through physical therapy or just looking for a nice ball for yoga for Pilates, I would highly recommend this ball.

nice product......but....
It is the perfect size for multiple exercises. Blowing it up is tricky tho.....by the time I can pull the straw out and put the plug in, a significant air escapes. I haven't yet been able to work with a full round ball.

exactly as pictured
just as pictured and just as sturdy as you would find in a physical rehab facility. You have to blow it up which takes a few seconds and saves on the cost of an air pump which most of us have anyway. Smooth, supple and thick enough for any workout. I am satisfied with this purchase.

Mixed feelings
On one side, I purchased this one because of its alleged material- made by non-toxic materials. As I am going to do physical therapy assignments at home daily, I decided to go for the non-toxic material, as well as other features such as anti-bust, durable, well-sealed (air leaks very slowly) etc what a traditional ball has. I heard good words about it so I bought it. However, without a pump come with it, it’s difficult to inflate so it is too soft for physical therapy. It looks thick so I suppose it is a durable but I only got it nearly 3 months so we will see. Now I am switching back to searching for some well-established brand ins, even if I have to use PVC. Not made enough to return but certainly wish I knew the draw back earlier.
