Almost the perfect dark bitter chocolate that is so good for you! I would have liked 96% chocolate more. but I'm a fan of bitter dark chocolate. If you want sweet candy chocolate, then DON'T BUY THIS.

In a 3-square serving, you get only 2 grams of sugar (1 gram of added sugar), and 11 grams of saturated fat. Amid widespread reports of lead and cadmium in dark chocolate, leading consumer publication listed Ghirardelli as one of the “safer choices” of chocolate on the market. And if you like the taste of dark chocolate -- without the large sugar portions many have come to expect -- this variety has intense chocolate taste and is not too bitter. I also like the single square packets -- makes it easy to have just one.

I strongly believe in the health benefits of this dark chocolate with a high percentage of cacao. So happy I can easily order it from Amazon at a competitive price. Hard to find elsewhere. Highly recommend!

92%Cacao is bitter, not even a hint of sweetness. It was my understanding that eating dark chocolate made with OVER 72% Cacao is good for heart health. So I figured 92% would be even better. It probably is but the 92% will deter anyone from chocolates! LOL.I should have believed the other customers comments about being bitter. There is nothing wrong with the 92% Cacao but it’s not for me. I am placing an order chocolates with 72% Cacao to see if it’s better for me.Hopefully it will be more to my taste.

This is the perfect chocolate to have with wine and cocktails. Bitter, but not too bitter. Love it.

If you like extremely bitter this is for you! It was a bit much so I grate them and add to my morning coffee. I didn’t want them to go to waste
