Delivery-Hi! We are scheduled for our mattress to be delivered by 10pm this evening although it doesn’t look like it’s out for delivery yet?

check out the Amazon tracker, copy the tracking code number then go to the delivery services tracker and paste code into their tracker

Does the carrier that delivers the mattress pick up the old mattress?

Welcome to our store. Thanks for your inquiry. I'm very sorry, the carrier will not help pick up the old mattress, need to disposed of themselves. If you have any questions, please feel free to let us know. Best regards WOWTTRELAX Service Team

hi, If I decide to return it, do you cover the cost of collection/ return? or is that on me? the returns policy document is too long and confusing

Chat to Amazon on live chat , eventually they will email you a return label and get it picked up by Evri

What size is the package when delivered?

My double was delivered in a long rectangular box approx 4 foot 6 inch tall (the width of the mattress) by approx 12 inch wide and 12 inch deep
