This worked amazingly for what I intended. I needed extra shade over my back yard pond and it has Doon the trick. I do with I had treated it so the sun didn't bleach it so quickly. This has been outside over pind in full shade for 4 months. The wind has pulled it apart a couple of time in Arkansas spring storms but it didn't break and was able to put it right back up. Wish it was still available so I could purchase a back up.

Very portable and easy to take with us on our vacation. My mother is unable to tolerate the sun so we bought it for her to be with us at the beach. 3 of us were able to fit under it. It was better than renting an umbrella because it protected us on both sides. Glad I bought it.

Pole broke within minutes of use. Could not hold up in the wind. The plastic screws to put in the sand popped out of the sand instantly. I had such high hopes for this and it does not hold up at all. The wind twisted this into rubbish. The return window closed soon after purchase and now we are stuck.

We ordered the larger size sun shade and it does provide some shade once it's set up. When I took it out of the carry bag the first time it was easy to identify the different poles - the longer ones that go end-to-end, and the shorter poles to provide cross support. We got this to take to the beach, but due to various reasons, we haven't made it there yet but did take the time to set it up in the yard.Assembling the poles into the canopy was relatively easy to do. I tried to stand it up myself but found that difficult. I inserted one end of the poles into the ground, but when I headed down to the other end to stand it up, applying pressure to bend the poles popped the first end out of the ground. With two people, however, this was not an issue. Once stood up it was simple to adjust the position of the poles as needed to straighten and tighten up the canopy.The threaded stakes were a nice feature. I didn't get a picture when they were in, but they were very stable in the ground and provided a good tie-down point. Also, they don't pull out as easily as normal stakes, spikes, or long nails due to the extra ridges or threads. I really like these.The carry case that came with is perfect. Unlike many other products, it was not difficult to fold the canopy to fit back into the case. The poles, stakes, and string rolled up in the middle of the canopy and slid right in.

Excellent value for a great product!

Me and my wife used this at the breach in Turks and Caicos. Does not fit in carry on but in check bag it does. Happy and it worked nice in out vacation. Was debating with this or a tent but this is nicer and more better looking than an full tent. Does not make you look like a bum on the beach
