This is a GREAT mini chain saw that functions like a much larger and more powerful one. Have used it only a few times since I purchased it and I’m very happy with it. My husband won’t let me use the larger one as he doesn’t want any accidents. This is so easy to use and I’m able to cut small trees and thick vines that have wrapped around trees over the years, without having any issues. Cleaned out a large area without the battery dying. Very light and easy to work with. Happy with the purchase.

awesome mini chainsaw. needed to cut up a bunch of small trees 4-5 inch trunks, and even though they were still green (not dead/dried out) this little guy cut through. purchased this specifically for this job, figuring if it didn't work, then i'd try to hire out the job, but I was able to do this myself. Came with 2 batteries, so while one was charging, I used the other one. The charge last a pretty long time, i'd say an hour or more. Came with 2 spare chains as well. i used olive oil since i didn't have any other kind, but since it worked so well and i'll likely use it again I'm going to get real oil meant for it. SO much better than using a hand saw, so much faster, so much less energy to get the job done. Wish I had bought this sooner for all the times branches came down in storms and they were too big to drag. I did not at all feel afraid using it. (small middle age woman).

Works well for the light tree and bush trimming that we do each spring and fall. The chain was great. It cut 1 one inch branches with ease. The six inch size is all that I need. My wife is very comfortable using it as it is light-weight and easy to control. The plastic box that comes with it is decent and stores the saw to keep it away from kids. I would buy again as I don't need a big brand name for my small yard. Just had to pick up chain oil because I forgot to order it at the same time. The oil container was easy to fill and it is easy to keep the chain saw oiled with the push of a button. The two batteries are a nice to have for big jobs, but I haven't need both of them on the same day.

I recently purchased the CEEUY Mini Chainsaw Cordless 6-Inch Portable Electric Chainsaw, and overall I’m really impressed with how convenient and powerful it is for its size. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and perfect for small yard work like trimming branches, cutting small logs, and general cleanup around the property. The automatic oiler is a nice feature and helps keep the chain running smoothly without constant maintenance. Battery life has been decent for quick jobs, and it’s much easier than dragging out a full-size chainsaw. That said, one thing to be aware of is that it can have a noticeable “jerk” or kick when it first bites into thicker wood. It’s not uncontrollable, but it definitely surprised me the first few times I used it. Because of that, you really need to hold it firmly with both hands and stay focused while cutting. Once you get used to that initial pull, it performs very well for what it is designed for. I would not recommend it for beginners without caution, but for anyone comfortable with power tools, it’s a great little tool to have around. Overall, it’s a handy, compact chainsaw that gets the job done—just be mindful of the kick when it engages.

I love this thing! It cuts so easily and has the spot to rest on branches to prevent kick back. Changing the chain is rather easy and the batteries last quite some time. The fact two batteries come with the kit makes it even better. I bought this one after my Papa showed me his and it has been a game changer. I was able to cut through decent sized branches rather quickly. The chain tension seems good. It isn't heavy at all. So far it seems pretty durable. I am just so incredibly happy with how much easier it has made things. Also bonuses it came with gloves (they're okay) and protective eyewear. It did not come with oil, however it came with a container to put the oil in as well as extra chains.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This is a late review - BUT - just wow. We didn't use it last season...but this device has been an outstanding time saver this year. This little chainsaw is spectacular. Pruning is usually done with a 10 foot edger- heavy - and awkward. This portable device - took down three small trees (2 willows with 3in circumference- and a 4in round trunk on an unidentifiable dead tree) in minutes! No hiring of handyman or tree person. Perfect do-it-yourself (DIT) tool. I would not hesitate to buy another one of these or from this seller - again. Thanks!!

I LOVE this!! It's small enough for easy handling but powerful enough to handle good sized branches. Trying to handle a full-sized chainsaw was not for me, so I often wound up trying to use a lopper, but that was hard on my hands. I borrowed my sister's small chainsaw and thought it was very handy. But hers was smaller. This is a great size and can handle larger branches (up to about 6 inches). It's much easier than using a lopper. I love that it comes with its own case for easy storage. And it comes with an extra battery and extra chains and other helpful tools. Have been telling my friends and siblings about it - a great buy!!

I did an earlier review on this product before I found other companies sell the same product with the same advertisements. I was so happy with this little saw after I used it for some serious tree work, I went back to buy the package which includes the plastic case, extra battery, more chains......that is when I started looking at other companies which seem to be selling the same product with only a different company name. They even use the same ads and pictures showing the great motor assembly and other things. Sooooo....for ten dollars less than this company charges for the same upgraded package, I bought it from a different company which I will not name here as they are easy for you to find if you want. I bumped this review down to four stars from my first review which got five stars because other companies sell the same product for less, and it seems like the chain tension adjuster screw is too flimsy with the little phillips screw driver they include in every package. I think the screw or the screw driver will strip out too easily, don't know yet as it's still okay after I used it several times. The tension adjusting screw can probably be replaced with a hex head screw or something, but I haven't gotten that far yet. Regardless, for the price of this saw, even though other companies are a bit cheaper for the same product, you really can't go wrong. The work done with the first saw already has returned much more value to me than both of the purchases I made from both companies. If the tension screw fails and I can't fix it I certainly will buy another one of these products. It's really an amazing little saw, and for delivery and condition of product this company did great. I don't think I will ever have reason to test return policy/practice on this.

The oiler is NOT fully automatic, only semi-automatic. It's better than doing it manually but is false advertising. It seems to be working fine so far, but is bulky with the motor sticking out 1 side & the knob for the cover on the other. Not bad for the price... so far.

After using the item a few times the safety switch became faulty, which is a concern for a possible injury. The safety switch is meant to prevent the machine from accidently starting.
