I left my favorite feather pillows behind on a cruise ship. I searched for 10 YEARS for a couple of good pillows to replace them. I’ve had these for about a year and they are as soft and fluffy as the day I got these and at least as old ones. Customer service is great too. They sent me the wrong size originally and sent me the right size the very next morning!

I purchased these pillows for my son and daughter in law for in their guest bedroom. The pillows they had were too hard and bothered my neck. The new pillows are the perfect softness and give my neck enough support. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely buy them again.

I followed instructions. Opened the vacuumed packed pillows. Put them in the dryer for 15 min. Continued fluffing for two days. One pillow is shaped differently. This is noticeable as they are used in shams.

The pillows are much too hard for me. They are made well. Did have a slight odor, but with some time I think it would disappear

Good loft and comfortable, but it took a few minutes to 'fluff' up after we released it from its bag and box. :)

Pillow is way too soft/thin to my liking. When laying on.it head sinks down almost to mattress. I don't like a hard/firm pillow but also not as soft as this one.
