I particularly like this one because it's effective, it can be stood on its feet so won't roll away & the nozzle can be angled for ease to use with a lens pointing downwards. The cap has a ring hole so could be attached to a bag. Good quality with a valve between the feet. The tip is plastic rather than metal so should it contact your lens filter by accident, there will be little damage.

You can't really go wrong with any of Giottos products, they certainly aren't cheap, but very well made and do the job and intended.

Having had a Giottos rocket blower for years I wanted a more compact version to free up space in my kit bag, this little guy is just perfect. And the tilting nosel is really useful. Fits in my hand well and still quite powerful, mad if the same strong rubber as the rocket so will last a good number of years

Performs as described. I use it for blowing dust out of my PC case and I find the variable angle of the nozzle useful in getting around the components.

A very handy piece of kit. Too big for my modest sized camera back but it sits attractively on my desk ready to use. Effective and powerful air jet removes surface dust with minimal effort. Just what I needed. No negative criticisms. It does what it says on the tin and is a great design.

Superb product - Giottos are the brand leader in this area. Robust and stays upright too. Just what you need for camera lenses. Air valve stops dust being sucked INTO the blower bulb

First Giottos blower I've owned after borrowing a friends "Rocket". Not as powerful a blow as the large Rocket but still really good and effective.The angled nozzle is what sold me on this and it doesn't disappoint, probably very much a personal preference but I think its better than a fixed nozzle. Just makes getting in the corners a touch easier.

I use this bulb to dust slides prior to loading trays for scanning or viewing. The bulb is quite flexible, and the adjustable outlet means you do not have to rotate the wrist as much each time you pick up a new slide and dust it off. This is very handy if you are loading a slide tray and intermittently put down the bulb, and it may relieve repetitive wrist strain or over-extension. The spray tip in the image is at about the maximum deflection from straight-up (that's about as far down as it goes). The bulb size is medium, it fits in a man's medium-sized hand fairly comfortably. The bulb volume is enough that one squeeze per side is sufficient for most slides. The leg stubs on the bottom mean it doesn't roll around on the bench when you set it down. The bulb has a fairly substantial, but very flexible feel to it, and a slightly non-skid grip feel (it is not thin or glossy smooth like a rubber ball), it feels durable and I suspect will last for a long time. Even if the bulb only last a couple of years, I'd buy another one.

La pompetta merita largamente le 5 stelle.. Grande il giusto per essere trasportata nella mia borsa con un getto d'aria degno di nota per la pulizia di obiettivi e sensori. I piedini sono molto comodi e a differenza di quanto temevo prima dell'acquisto, non sono d'impaccio anzi, una comoditá quando lo si appoggia. Comodo anche il beccuccio pieghevole che permette di utilizzarlo a diverse ancolature. Smentisco chi dice che puzza, assolutamente una gomma di qualitá, che non fa crepe con l'utilizzo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Diese Rezension bezieht sich auf den Giottos Q.Ball CL2810 - gefertigt laut Aufkleber am Blasrohr in 10/2010.Zur Anwendung ansich - wer eine DSLR oder eine EVIL, also eine Digitalkamera mit abnehmbaren Objektiven besitzt, der benötigt eine solche "Luftpumpe" zur Reinigung des Spiegels oder Sensors.Maße & Verpackung:Der Giottos Q.Ball ist mit seinen 140 mm Länge/Höhe inklusive dem Blasrohr und 67 mm Durchmesser des Gummiballs nicht klein und nicht groß. Verpackt ist der Ball in einem transparenten Blister auf einer Pappe auf der rückseitig eine Kurzanleitung in englischer Sprache abgedruckt ist. Das, was man dort liest bzw. an Bildern sieht, ist eigentlich selbsterklärend und ehrlich gesagt auch nicht weiter überraschend. Man drückt halt auf den Ball und vorn kommt Luft raus.Vermutlich nebensächlich, da es aber schon in anderen Rezensionen bemerkt wurde - en GS Zeichen gibt es nicht, aber eine Qualitätskontrolle nach ISO9001 ist auf der Verpackung vermerkt.Das Gewicht liegt bei etwa 60 Gramm.Geruch:Vorweg, der Ball riecht nicht unangenehm, er riecht "minimal" nach Gummi und das habe ich nur bemerkt weil ich die Nase gezielt an den Ball gehalten habe um die hier in den Rezensionen angesprochenen Gummigerüche einzuordnen. Gerüche einzuordnen ist ja nicht grade leicht weil es immer subjektiv passiert. Selbst bei intensivem Luftpumpen riecht man "fast nichts".Haptik und Co.:Das Blasrohr am Ball ist beweglich, man kann es um etwa 60° von der senkrechten Achse abwinkeln. Am Blasrohr gibt es ein Ventil, welches den Luftweg aus dem Ball vorgibt, ein Rücksaugen der ausgeblasenen Luft ist über das Blasrohr nicht möglich und auch nicht gewollt. Am gegenüberliegenden Ende, den Standfüßen, ist ein Ventil, welches die Luftzufuhr ebenfalls steuert, natürlich zweckmäßig in die richtige Richtung in den Ball hinein.Einen Filter für die Ansaugluft besitzt der Ball nicht - zumindest habe ich keinen Filter festgestellt.Der Standfuß des Q.Ball besteht aus drei Gummifüßchen, die eine stabilen Stand ermöglichen. Das ist praktischer als ich dachte, denn ohne diese Füßchen müsste man den Ball hinlegen und dann würde er wegrollen können.Am Blasrohr, dort wo es am Ball befestigt ist, gibt es eine kleine Gummiöse mit etwa 2 mm Innendurchmesser, dort könnte man eine Lösung zur Befestigung realisieren, theoretisch wäre dann ja auch ein Anhängen an der Fototasche oder Ähnliches möglich.Reinigungswirkung:Der kleine Ball ist überraschend kräftig in der Blaswirkung, das hat mich ehrlich gesagt erstaunt. Staub auf Spiegel, Sensor, Mattscheibe oder sonstigen Stellen im Gehäuse lässt sich damit schonend und gezielt wegblasen. Der Q.Ball ist dabei sehr griffig und liegt gut in der Hand. Das verstellbare Blasrohr ist sinnvoll, das habe ich beim Reinigen der Mattscheibe bemerkt, die liegt ja teilweise etwas tiefer und "um die Ecke" im Spiegelgehäuse.Vor- und Nachteile:Hier kann man eindeutig sagen, die Nachteile werden durch die Vorteile aufgehoben, denn ein Q.Ball ist nicht klein, er bläst allerdings wie die deutlich Größeren, auch ohne Filter in der Ansaugluft kann man davon ausgehen, dass kein Staub in die Kamera geblasen wird und auch wenn es wesentlich billigere Blasebälge gibt, der Preis des Giottos Ball ist völlig OK für die Leistung.Fazit:Der Q.Ball ist mein drittes Modell und der eindeutige Sieger, das Gesamtpaket macht hier den Sieg aus. ;)

Perfetta compagna per quando si esce a fare scatti grazie alle sue dimensioni contenute e al suo ottimo getto e beccuccio che permette di rimuovere in modo ottimale polvere e particelle dalle lenti.Quando sono a casa la lascio sulla scrivania perché utile anche per la polvere che va sullo schermo del pc.Ottimi materiali dato che ormai la possiedo da anni ed è ancora come fosse nova, Giotto davvero impeccabile.
