I'm a bit disappointed Review: Not practical or usable - For £8.90 you get 54 pages of large spaced text with unsupported descriptions; unsupported as there are no references, no diagrams or case studies. As the author notes, the devil is in the details, but, then there are no practical and usable details here for anyone with a basic knowledge of business.The book may help someone doing business studies at school but for anyone else , this book adds nothing that cannot be done with Google.
