I love it! Very comfortable and easy to store when not in use. Heats up fast and has up to 10 heat settings. I have no ideal what to expect from any setting lower than 7 but I guess one day I will give it a try. I also like the time settings: 30 Minute, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes. I always use 60 minutes because it is so relaxing and I love how soft and manageable my hair feels afterwards. I just wish they would have provided more than just 3 plastic bags with the purchase. I am sure it would not have effected the price. It also comes with a storage bag, which comes in handy for traveling, which I do a lot of. I am happy I purchased it and I hope it last a good while because it doesn't display any type of warranty timeframe. With that being said, my only concern is: I hope the company stays in business, if a need to purchase another should occur. I noticed some companies don't last long....even when they have a good product(s).

Love. I returned a cordless bonnet version of this (diff company tho) and bought this one instead. Let me just say, the heat lasts way longer and you can adjust from 30-45-60min timers. I started at level 10 and had to lower to level 6 because it got so hot! It’s easy and simple to use. It looks funny when it’s on, but the quality isn’t bad. It’s insulated with some type of rubbery plastic material and the outside looks like the picture! Also comes with some plastic caps :) and the cord is long enough to move around with, which is a plus. Definitely worth the money and a great recommendation to others with curly hair!

I use it in combination to a hair masque, helping to soften my hair. I don’t know if I would call it a steamer, but it doesn’t work well. There are multiple heating settings plus a timer, which is neat. If you are sectioning your hair, like I do, don’t use the setting past 6 because it can heat up pretty fast and overheat your exposed scalp (even with a shower cap on). As for the sizing, it fits okay. I do have a pretty large head and thick 4c hair (even in twists), so it is a little small, but nothing major. It’s a decent product and I’m glad I bought it.

I am so glad I found this product! :) It is pretty quiet, easy to use and appreciate that you can easily adjust the heat levels to find the right temperature. I bought the purple hair steamer because it is my favorite colour. It fits really nicely around my head. It is not portable as I initially thought it does allow me to sit and get my hair properly which I imagine is better. I was a bit unsure about buying it at first but I am glad I did!

This has transformed my dry, frizzy straw hair! I apply a hydrating mask from mid to ends of my hair, comb through with a wet brush, put on a disposable shower cap and plug in the thermal steam cap. I personally love the setting at 7 for 45 minutes. It's warm and relaxing. After treatment I wash my hair again, brush through with the wet brush and allow hair to air dry for a while. My hair literally looks like I just got it done by a salon when I style it. Using this thermal steam cap is a game changer! I've used masks for a long time without it and didn't experience anything like the results I get with this product. Highly recommend!

This Steamer Cap is great, as it heats up fast and really invigorates the scalp with steam, which is great for awakening hair follicles. Easy to use and very versatile and a quality product. My hair is thinning, due to age I guess as well as overuse of heating tools, and use of promising products to regain thinning hair, but I am on the journey to growing my hair thicker and this product will definitely help. Great price for this item and very positive reviews helped in my decision to purchase.

Great steamer cap. It's adjustable so you can fit it to your head size. The electric cable is pretty long so you don't have to be immediately next to an outlet. And it gets pretty warm so it does what it says it will.

I honestly wasn’t expecting such a big difference, but I absolutely love this hair steamer cap! It’s super easy to use and heats up really well. I’ve been using it with a deep conditioning mask, and since I started, my curls have become so much more defined. My hair looks healthier, feels softer, and stays moisturized for much longer. If you have curly hair and you’re looking for something to help your deep conditioning treatments work better, I definitely recommend giving this a try. I’m really happy with this purchase!

it is a very good product, but I expected a better plug of electricity

First time using the siswow steamer and I love it. It covers my entire head and the pull band makes it fit perfect. The heat distributes evenly throughout my entire head. And the settings are great to control the temperature along with the auto timer.

Love this! Nice variety of heat options and durations. The unit itself is comfortable, easy to use and easy to clean. I have 22' of hair, it all comfortably fits inside of the unit and the draw string keeps it in place- no drips! Used it 3 times now, with my deep conditioners - and the results on my hair have been immediately awesome! For a split second I wasn't enthused about the cable... I'm a big ADHA multitasker haha.. But the cable is VERY long, so you can more than comfortably set yourself up anywhere - and it forces you to just SIT AND RELAX! haha Hair wash days are a bit of song and dance of steps- but this is by far my favorite step.
