UDG Creator Hardcase for NI Maschine+/MK3 - EVA Durashock Protection Case, Black (U8411BL)

This is my second UDG case for a Native Instruments Maschine product, and it's perfect! It's compact, lightweight, with lots of padding, easy to transport, and a hard exterior that really protects the Maschine Jam. I wouldn't buy a case from anyone other than UDG for my electronic instruments. The quality is top notch!

Good quality, fits my MK II snugly! Nice construction seems like it will last a while. Only nit-pic is the extra space for the knobs does not seem like it protects from pressure being applied on the tops of them.

Fits perfectly, solid protection, streamlined (not clunky). Researched and did not find much out there for general consumer purposes of this controller. I am all about protecting my investments, and as the maschine mkIII is one of my favorites this case has me feeling confident it will be safe in transit.

This case is poorly designed, with no type of padding protection for the knobs of Maschine. Especially for the money, I am quite disappointed.

This product provides a good degree of protection for your Maschine. The material is durable and easy to clean. The product is light and fits my backpack when I travel. One important warning line for you, if you don't have time to read everything. *This is NOT a heavy duty case*. The material can be susceptible to scratches and cuts. If you are going to use Maschine for live performances, get a proper case from your tour manager. ; ) A couple of considerations about some valid points raised in other comments. 1) Some people were disappointed to find that there's no space for the cable. I usually put the cable underneath the Maschine or between the jog wheel and the other knobs. Both ways don't apply significant forces that concern me. 2) No protection for knobs The case has ~2mm thickness between the knobs and the rest of the world. You can actually click the jog wheel from the outside. The case protects the knobs from lateral forces (the worst), but not from vertical ones. Again, this is not a heavy duty case. And you should treat your Maschine with manners, since it's the source of your joy. 3) No shoulder strap For me is not important. Since Maschine is not a standalone unit and it needs a computer, I usually carry both in my backpack. 4) You can't connect the cable and use Maschine inside the case. I actually do it pretty often. I just slide back the Maschine a bit (it stays pretty still), then put the laptop on the other open side (vertical layout) Another layout I like is to rotate the open case 90deg, so I can have Maschine and laptop side by side on the case. Hint. Buy a nice fabric and make yourself a nice soft cover. It will help to protect the unit from dust and scratches. Aand gives a cool personal touch. Never forget: "Do you".

Could not be any happier with this case. It is easy to fly with my Maschine now without having to worry about anything smashing it in the overhead bin space. It would be nice to have a shoulder strap for the unit so that I can have my hands free when traveling with it.

Using it for maschine mk3 and it fits real well only issue I would be careful of is the jog wheel sits kinda high you can click it in and out from outside the case but the fit is great just something to think about when you buy this great product good built and zipper no extra room to move around atleast with mk3 solid fit just be mindful of the jog wheel mk3 users

Despite the quality of the case is good, it just doesn't suit the Maschine. The instrument lies loose even when the case is closed. Would never recommend, and the seller accepts no returns. Very disappointed

Overall a great fit for the Maschine+ overall side padding is good but the encoder dials will be pressed based on the slim design when closed. Do wish there was extra padding to support the encoders more. Other than that he zipper is good and handle pretty strong. While I am able to wrap some short cable around the edge it does lack space for storing adpater and patch cables.
