I have an income daycare and have more boys than girls. My boys parents all hunt and so they love having guns to "play hunt" with. They were more than excited when they arrived. Sadly, one gun did not work so I sent it back the next day and two days later another gun arrived. Great customer service! They play both inside and outside and I was afraid the bayonets on the end of guns would break off. None of them have and when I say my boys are rough on things I'm not kidding. They love the machine gun sounds and the way the fake shells roll through the clip. I would say depending on their height that they will be able to use them until maybe 7 or 8 years old. They are perfect for my 2 and 3 year olds but my 6 year olds love playing with them too. If I were a nervous person the rapid fire and voice saying Open Fire would drive me crazy. They have had their guns for two weeks now and although they are shooting them a lot I haven't had to replace the batteries.I think any little boy would be happy to have one of these guns.I forgot to submit this but now I have an update on the guns.We got four and they are used everyday. Since the last of May one gun had it bayonet broken off but only because it was stepped on. The other guns all all intact and and I haven't had to replace any batteries to date. These are their favorite toys and I'm so glad I didn't let the negative reviews keep me from buying them.

Very cheap plastic. As to be expected but it works for the price. Truly hate that all these say hold your fire now. Just make it sound like it’s firing shots.

The first noise is a voice yelling "open fire" then gun fire and lasers... Let off the trigger for half a second, open fire.... I've heard that phrase a few too many times at this point. Worse still is it's already broken. If I'd heard the noise first, I would have passed. The easily broken doesn't help.

Way smaller than I expected 😂 the knife looks like a pocket knife but hey it’ll do. It’s for my purge costume so I have to make the best outta what I got 😩. It does need 3 AA batteries unfortunately.

At last a toy that has my son entertained for hours. Every time we buy my son a new gun he immediately try's tk modify it, he will either put a strap to have it hang around his collar bone and neck or put an attachment in the front (either a flash light or a empty roll like a grenade launcher ). The best part about this toy is the batteries came included already in the toy all you have to do is remove the tag. There is moving parts the ammon slot moves up and down the bayonet goes in and out and has flashing lights here and there.

It broke after like 45 minutes of play, led to a very disappointed child… cheaply made, but you get what you pay for!

My son LOVES this toy !!!!! Me on the other hand ….. uh uhhhh ! lol . Lots of noise .
