We’ve been using this 65-inch 4K touchscreen kiosk in our lobby to display information, and it has worked very well for us. Great display for our wedding venue!! Customer service is extremely helpful and responsive with any questions, troubleshooting, and getting the unit set up. They have helpful video tutorials that walks you through step by step. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to use this at upcoming weddings. We got the 4K touch screen and are so glad we did! The touch screen makes it feel like a giant tablet and makes typing so much easier so you don’t have to scroll through each letter with the remote.

I was nervous about making such a large purchase, but I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out. The delivery to a complicated address (at a large industrial mill complex that has been converted to multiple artist studios spanning several buildings) was perfect: the large, heavy package was brought right to my door. It was well packaged and protected, set up was very simple and straight forward, and use of the screen is intuitive. The picture is clear, the sound quality and volume are acceptable (it's not surround sound, so an audiophile may disagree with my analysis on sound, but it does the job and volume is clear without static).

It came with everything I needed: USB drive, remote, tools, and lockbox in the back. Super easy to load my stuff to the drive and have it display an advertisement. Big plus was the speakers and the quality of the sound was not bad. I would recommend the bigger screen but 32 was enough for me

This product arrived within the expected delivery timeframe and was very well packaged and protected. Assembly was straightforward, although the initial setup with my Raspberry Pi media player was a little more challenging. Fortunately, the support team was very responsive and helpful through email, guiding me with the correct USB cable connections. Once everything was set up properly, the unit worked perfectly. The screen resolution is excellent, and the touchscreen response is accurate and smooth. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase.

The product works great, we can split the screen to show multiple videos, pictures and text to welcome members to our gym and display our website so they can get signed up & it plays a tour for them right when they walk in. This is exactly what we were looking for
