We purchased this as a Christmas present for our family. I thought something was wrong as it took forever to cook a pizza right from the start. As we tried to do more it got slower and slower to cook. Probably 40 minutes to cook a basic frozen pizza. Now it will not heat up at all. I have tried to call the number on the instructions. No one has ever answered the phone and when I leave messages they never return them. I have been trying this since mid January.Just about ready to call it a lost cause, throw the junk away and get a different brand.I certainly wouldn't recommend this at all.
