Deserves 10 stars!
Okay....here's this tiny little box with a skull on it for a good budget price and inside lies the most demonic, angry, leviathan of sound you've ever heard! I have pedals that cost over $200 and this thing has a sound far better than any of them. I'm about to sell my entire pedal collection and replace it with this. Holy chugg! Throw it into high boost with the mids at 12 and distortion full throttle....you're ready to join a death metal band.I'm gonna buy these for next Christmas for my guitar friends.Great pedal EX!

Doesn't disappoint
Best 37 bucks I've ever spent. Just gotta find a way to connect with phone so I can jam with backing tracks while using headphones.

No battery must be plugged in
Size is nice along with the tone works as it should really wish it has space for a 9v battery other than that it's a decent little pedal

On a budget? This distortion pedal may have you covered.
I wasn't sure what to expect with one of my first distortion pedals. The device may seem small, but the power it offers still blows me away. While having a limited topography, the variety of grit, dirt, and/or destructive soundscapes is easily accessed with a turn of the distortion pot. So much can be done within a modest setting, with volume and tone to taste. That's without the pedal's boosting capabilities, which I hardly ever use, and still churn out a wonderfully devastating, yet controlled drive, which howls late into the midnight hours. I don't even have the urge to look into more featured and expensive distortion pedals, which may very well be worth the money, but to find such an inexpensive piece of gnarly gear with an aesthetic to match is quite special. As mentioned before, don't let the Inferno 's small size fool you. For such a miniature design, it boasts grand scale excellence in a price range that may be forgiving on your wallet, but no so forgiving on the mortals that will be steeped in some of the darkest, crunchiest, and eviliest tones one may conceive.

Sounds terrible - loud buzzing noise when pedal is on
I thought this was going to be a good deal, pedal hasn't worked properly since we bought it 2 years ago. I bought it for my daughter thinking this would work until we could upgrade her amp.Tried using several different power supplies and amplifiers to no avail. Just noise/buzzing, acts like a crappy overdrive pedal, distortion is more of a light crunch. Very disappointing.

Small Inexpensive pedal with a monster sound.
Just got the Inferno distortion pedal today and I'm blown away. I've been on a quest to get that crunchy metal tone with not much luck; until now. It's got a large tonal range from that crunchy sound to an overdrive muddy sound. It really gives you a large pallet to work with. So players that don't need a "metal" sound could use this for a great "rock" distortion. It's also got a low boost or a high boost for even more range. I've been wanting to check this pedal out for a while because it was inexpensive and from what I saw on the company website, it sounded like the pedal I had been searching for. It comes with a 9-volt battery adapter for those that use only batteries. I've used it with an A/C adapter and there was absolutely zero noise. It's a nice compact pedal design with quality construction which I love for having a small footprint pedal board. Bottom line is this pedal rivals any high-end expensive pedal out there. You can't beat what you get for the price. I'll be checking out all the companies pedals to make up my micro pedal footboard. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed. Now everyone can afford to rock!
