Tempered Glass Screen Protector for iWatch 42mm Series 1 2 3(2Pack) …

I never write reviews but well happy with this. Bought it because of my job and the amount of physical activity I do and wanted to protect my new watch. I read mixed reviews on this item but mostly good so I ordered it on the Wednesday night. It arrived Friday lunch, I opened it, watched the installation video and fitted it in 10 minutes. I had to lift the edges to get all the bubbles out but no real hassle. Just make sure you fit the guide to the opposite side to the fitted white screen peeler. No issues with the touch screen once I had fitted it either. Fast forward to Sunday and was moving a kids play house for my mum. As I went down the side of the house carrying said item my watch hit the brick wall and shattered the side of the protector. Had a mild panic, got home and peeled it off and absolutely no damage (other than what I had already done). Popped the 2nd one on in 10 minutes and good as new. It even covers the existing small scratches I got before fitting this. Well happy with this item and am ordering another 2 today. Easy to fit and easy to understand video to help. good protection for the price as shown in the pictures. Doesn’t mist or get moisture under the screen during exercise which was a big concern when I ordered. Does have a slight lip that protrudes but not even noticeable unless your playing with it and I haven’t caught the lip on clothes or anything else.

This is a true 10/10 product! you get two in the pack and they come both with: - 2 guide stickers - a dust removal sticker - a cleaning cloth - a alcoholic cloth - and the screen protector itself installation is simple and easy and as you can see from the photos I only got a few little bubbles at the sides but when you are using the watch it's really not that noticeable. Also, the glass feels nice under your finger and the cleaning cloth is amazing so you could use it later and keep it to make sure your watch is always looking good! The glass is very clear but when looking at your watch from angles you wont be able to see aabout 1mm of the screen because of the black sides that cover it a bit, however, I'm sure you would get that problem with any other screen protector. this also fits very snugly with the watch and just looks like its a part of it, when I asked my mum if she could see something on my watch she said no, so it does its job and it does its job discreetly (if you care about style)! EDIT: now after a few hours the bubbles you can see at the corners have disappeared and after showering with my watch on and going into the sea multiple times it has stayed strong on and hasn’t shown any wear and tear! I would recommend this to everyone!

If you have some spare cash burning a hole in your pocket and you absolutely need to blow it, then this is the perfect product for you. The tab to peel off the sticky came off without the sticky, meaning I spent 5 minutes trying to get the layer off. Finally after much faffing, it came off and the glass cracked on application. Attempt two, install was fine this time and no bubbles were showing. Sorted. However, 10 minutes later they started to show around the edges, and could not be pushed out. Looked rubbish, sticks rubbish. Honestly, don’t even bother

I ordered recently via Amazon & fitted the first of these a few days ago to a newly purchased 42mm Apple watch 3. I followed the instructions carefully & it seemed to fit perfectly with all 'bubbles' being squeezed out - but within 2 hours of wear the next morning, it simply fell off, face down onto the floor & picked up dust etc making it unusable. I just fitted the second two days ago, likewise doing EXACTLY as per the supplied instructions & SIMILARLY it has fallen off again within a short time, even after leaving the watch again overnight & this time pressing the face & all edges before first wearing it (I naturally can't touch the rear surface to see if there is adhesive as it would leave a mark). It seems the adhesive used does not adhere to the watch face even though I used the alcohol wipe, dried it with the supplied pad & made sure there was no residue before carefully aligning & fitting/pushing air bubbles to the edge & also making sure the black surround was firmly pressed down. I don't consider myself inept at doing this sort of thing, having previously replaced an iPhone internal battery & a cracked screen on a mini iPad - both being far more complex processes requiring precision and both working perfectly afterwards. EDIT: The supplier read my review above & offered to send a replacement pack. Once again, I followed the instructions carefully (& did EXACTLY as before) but this time the adhesive has worked. The protector has now been in place for over a week and is secure. Maybe a poor batch of adhesive on the first two examples (I still have a spare from the second pack).

Good product my only criticism is that it blocks the edge of the screen

Ok, first of all, I never write reviews so for me to be here says something either very positive or very negative about this product. This review is in short an absolute recommendation of this product for protection. OK, so what happened was whilst I was working in the garden on this occasion I was tying some string to a plant to keep it upright, in an ill-fated decision decided to remove the knotted string by pulling it out of the knot. Except on doing this my watch hand released from the pressure, right into a metal gate latch which was inches away. This happened in a split second & as I stared down at my watch face my heart stopped, it was completely shattered from the impact point out! Even knowing the fact that I had the protector on I still thought the screen would certainly be marked or worse cracked but when I peeled the protector off, nothing!!...as good as new. Unbelievable, I'd had the watch a week, I still can't believe how lucky I was & now amazing the protector worked, just check the photos, inside & outside cracked views. Today I fitted a new one & even went swimming in it for the first time, no problem. It's great. So yeah, if you want to protect your screen & still have it look great with all the functionality of the bare screen then I highly recommend this screen protector. 10/10 Edit 16/9/18 Just replaced this cover with a new one after about 4 months. I work in a shop where I’m knocking it on shelves, cages all the time. I caught it square on a corner & produced another little scatter point, so decided to replace, didn’t need to really it still worked fine. Peeled the cover off after 4 months, perfect!...put a new cover on no issues, looks as good as new!

I bought this to partly cover up an existing crack on my watch, but also to protect it going forward. It's easy to install and once it's on, it blends in okay. It's not totally invisible but its okay enough. Whilst they do protect the screen well, I've got though 3 of these since (it's handy you get two in a box!) But i guess that's just 3 times they've done their job and protected the actual screen. It does feel like a slight impact will damage them though.

I won't waste my money on this again (42mm protector) ... 1. Its not easy to align before securing the guide sticky, its very slightly smaller than the screen and so slips around, its best to have a watch face with lots of detail, especially text, to ensure you can see everything before securing the guide. 2. Removing the rear film is hit and miss, its best to use your finger nail to squeeze between top of the back film and the black surround, so that when you pull the tab the film comes away. 3. Removing all the bubbles takes time and patience. 4. But the biggest issue for me, is that the black surround DOES OBSCURE the screen every so slightly, but noticeably. Its also immediately obvious there's a protector on, its sitting quite proud. Such a disappointment I removed the protector and binned it. I don't want my nice expensive Apple Watch visibility affected by a nasty protector thank you. The best protector I've had to date is actually also a Dalinch product, the "Dalinch iWatch Screen Protector-Wet Applied,Anti-Bubble,Case Friendly,No-Lifting Film for Apple Watch 42mm". This is wet applied film and quite invisible, so I'll buy a stack of these. If I'm gardening or risking the watch I temporarily slip on the "Apple Watch 2 Case, Misxi iphone Watch 2 PC Hard Screen Protector Ultra Thin All-around Cover For New i Watch" which provides ultra protection, even if its a touch ugly - but it does the job.
