I've posted a video review, because it's easier than typing everything. It's only 4 mins long.UPDATE: My daughter came and used the guest room, where this bed is, and loved it. She said that she got a really good night's sleep on it.

I saw some bad reviews and I almost went in the other direction but I was like "hey, if it sucks that bad I can return the darn thing" so I bought it. Came pretty quickly and I had the pro ledge of putting it together by myself. Took under an hour and here we are two weeks later and I couldn't be happier. This bed is awesome, sturdy, stylish and easy to assemble. There were no missing pieces or wrong parts- it's perfect. I would like to encourage all interested parties to purchase this bed. I don't leave reviews often, but when I do it's because the product deserves it.

I am so glad I purchased this bed. Being bigger people, purchasing a bed was a bit scary... we wanted something that could hold our weight and be stylish and cost efficient. It arrived in a HUGE HEAVY box but was surprisingly easy to assemble. Took less than 40 minutes for my husband and I to get it all put together. Using the tools provided we made sure all screws were tightly put together and hoped for the best. We have dealt with slight sounds coming from the Velcro when getting on and off the bed but it hasn't been off putting or too loud to make you worry about it. Strong enough for both of us to sleep on and do other amourous things. I figured if you're reading this.... you want to know if this bed can handle that. And if you're a plus sized couple like we are, those are definitely big concerns, especially when ordering a bed online that you can't see in person! We've been sleeping on it for just about 3 months now. So if things change I will update this review.The fabric is nice and a pretty grey, a true grey, not too blue not too green... grey. The head board has some slight padding but not a ton, which I like.Overall.... a great purchase.... so far!

Really nice. Easy to put together! WAY WAY easier than IKEA furniture to assemble. Really love these. I bought 2.

I ordered this bed for my 80 year old mother. My husband put it together for her and everything seemed fine. A few weeks later we discovered bed bugs! The back of the headboard and inside the zipper part was covered in bed bugs! My mom’s house is very clean. The only place we saw bugs was on and in this headboard. I know there must have been tiny eggs in this headboard and then they started hatching out!! Beware if you buy this bed! This bed was all wrapped up and boxed nice just like you would expect a new bed to be. And by the way, a regular exterminator cannot just come and spray and kill them. You have to have your whole house specially treated. Cost us $2000 to get my moms little house treated. Giving this 1 star is very generous for this nightmare!

Like most people said, assembly of the bed was fairly easy. I was only missing the 4 washers for the legs, but that is not a big deal. I actually had some issues making sure the center support (from headboard to footboard) was level when I fixed the hooks over the screws, but fitting the rest of the components in ameliorated my worry that I couldn't QUITE screw in the center support as intended by the design.One thing that bothers me the most is that the headboard is cushioned (which is nice!), but the design does not seem to account for the extra space the cushion takes. This means my memory foam mattress has about an inch overhang at the foot of the bed. This makes the foot of my mattress tilt up ever so slightly since the edges of the frame are slightly higher than the slats. Does anyone else have this problem? I might have to return it just because of this if there's no solution :(.*10/29/2015 Edit* I added a third photo that shows the length of the middle support that extends from the headboard to the footboard. As you can see, the measurement is near exactly 80 inches, and the measurement was made from the part of the headboard with NO CUSHION. Unless you have a very thin mattress that won't overlap with the headboard cushion, it's going to be overhanging.

It came with the wrong size inner frame. I looked at other reviews in Amazon and found out that other people had the exact same problem as me. Fortunately, I was able to get a replacement from customer service. That worked fine.Anyways, regarding the product itself, this is a great bed. It is very sturdy and does not creak or make any noises at all. It is exactly what I was looking for.Pros:- Looks great. The upholstered feature looks good.- Quality materials. Doesn't look cheap.- Very sturdy. Doesn't more or make noises.- Perfect size. My queen size mattress fits perfectly here. The mattress shown in the video is this one:  Dreamfoam Bedding Ultimate Dreams Crazy Quilt Pillow Top Mattress, Queen - Easy to install. I like the velcro feature in the wood slats.- Package is very well put together. Everything comes inside the headboard.Cons:- Came with a wrong part (see video review). Had to wait for a replacement.

It took me forever to decide on a bed frame. I shortlisted 5 of Zinus’s and then ready hundreds of reviews to put my mind at ease. Bit the bullet and bought this one. Arrived early. When I opened the box and only saw the headboard I immediately thought that I was missing another shipment, shortly after I realized EVERYTHING was inside the headboard, GENIUS!!!! Very well packaged and no issues.Easiest bed I’ve ever built. The Allen key that came with it made this a quick process.Game changer has to be the Velcro straps for the slats. This should be standard with all bedsIt’s comfortable, I no longer have to deal with loud bed noises.I use the headboard for additional storage and my sleep time is quality time.

I have been shopping around and read some comments about BED BUGS being apart of the Zinus lineups. I was skeptical. New bedframes with bedbugs? This frame looked great so I took my chance.I opened up the very neatly organized package and did a thorough inspection of the products headboard. Bed bugs are hard to find but if you’re caution like me bc you got them before.. you can find them.Found bedbugs within the headboard. Ugh. I was disappointed. The bedframe and headboard looked very good, it’s a shame bed bugs had to ruin a good thing.

Any product that gets delivered missing stuff automatically deserves bad rating, regardless of qualityContacted Support, will update when I heard backUpdate: Changed review to a 4 star would of been a 5 star but the fact that I didn't get all the items at the beginning and the fact that it took a week of bouncing between different customer service people just to the the item delivered I decided to remove a star the reason why I removed only one star after the poor service I recieved is because this bed frame is amazing! I got no actual bad comment about the bed frame itself!However be prepared to wait a week or more to set it up if you end up getting one with a screw missing

I had no expectation when I ordered this bed from Amazon. I was thinking this would just be a relatively affordable "cheap" furniture I would get for now until I am able to invest in something better in the future. Little did I know, I couldn't have been more wrong. For the price, the quality is AMAZING and honestly, the build was so much sturdier than I thought. This would be something I would expect to find at a local furniture store and I guess my bias on ordering a bed online got the better of me and I never expected to get that quality I thought I'd only find in person at local furniture stores. I won't need to get another bed in the future! This is so worth it and I would really recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good sturdy bed.

Packaging: World class! Never seen any bed packaged like that.Are you kidding me! Am amazed felt as if I was so honored!Assembly: Very easy to follow you could do by yourself.I did with my kids for fun but one person can do still.Sturdiness: It's made of metal and all you need basically is to just tighten everything strong so you dnt have to redo it in future.So far so good so shaking of any sound except for the spring matress sound.I bought for my preteen son.Its sturdy and of course he doesn't jump on it.Gave it 4 stars because it's still new and am not sure how it turns in the future.Quality : Looks like a very good quality bed for the price.After assembly, it looked like a thousand dollar bed.Zenus has great quality and their prices are very reasonable I hope they remain like that because they will definitely have loads of customers.I also have a queen bed frame by zenus bought last yr.Its excellent.Will buy again items by Zenus.I can trust them.
