Grippy!
I do Post frame and figured I'd try these as a quick alternative to unlacing my work boots and putting on roof shoes to walk steel roofs when we run them, plus doubling as an easy slip on for walking on finished concrete floors and not having rocks in my boot tread scratch it. I am impressed! These things really stick fantastic on a steel roof! I typically wear skate shoes like DCs for the flat high contact bottom and soft rubber, and these perform just as well if not better, however an additional strap in the center, more secure strapping, or something of that nature to help roll stability might be a nice add because walking a 6/12 pitch sideways can cause them to start to slip out the side a little bit and periodically need adjusted

They served their purpose as described but would tend to slip to the side and need to be adjusted slightly. As for slip resistance it works well.

Perfect for Added Grip on the Roof
Purchased these for added grip on my roof while hanging Christmas lights. Well-made and hardly noticed them from a comfort standpoint, but definitely felt the difference from a grip standpoint. I have a very steep roof and these things made it a breeze. I didn't slip or fall off, and I lived to write this awesome review.

They worked well in the nonslip department working in a kitchen but I couldn’t get them to stay on my shoes and the center of the rubber broke before they where even a month old.

Good but not great for small feet
I wear a woman’s 8 and I’ve tried everything to keep these on my work boots. I’ve got my laces trying to hold them up and everything but the toes still go sideways and come off. They work great but not for smaller feet.

Metal roof needs to be clean to work best
Did not grip on an 8 X12 pitch 22 year old metal roof, probably would work on a new or clean metal roof or less steep

Retread for my boots :)
I ordered the Ergodyne TREX Slip-On Indoor Anti-Slip Shoe Traction because the soles on my boots are worn nearly flat, so these are my "retreads" for my boots. They greatly increase the surface contact between the boot and the metal shed roof, so I'm much less likely to loose my balance due to traction. They are easy to pull on and get off. I'll probably get to try them out on the ice when (if) it snows in the next couple of weeks. I'm glad for making this order.
