I have a bad track record with these refillable spray mops. For some reason, they work great at the beginning and then very quickly will stop. Either the spray handle no longer triggers a spray or the whole unit starts to leak. I've had this one now for several months and haven't had any issues. I prefer these refillable spray mops for several reasons, the main thing being that the pads are reusable and the spray bottle is refillable. You aren't throwing away anything and contributing to landfills. The fact that the bottle is refillable means you can use your own cleaning solution, whether it's store bought or homemade and that you can switch those out so it's multi-surface. Both of these things also save you money from buying the one-time use pads or cleaning solution bottles. I have laminate floors so I use a solution of 1/3 water, 1/3 vinegar and 1/3 rubbing alcohol for cleaning and then a commercial product to shine them afterwards. The mop handle is long enough where I don't have to bend much. The trigger sprays a light mist so you can use as much or as little as you want. You can angle the spray to go wide or hold the handle up vertically to have a concentrated spray in one area. The pads fit on the mop with a hook and loop backing (Velcro) and are washable and reusable. They are soft microfiber that lightly "scrub" the floors but don't damage anything. There is even a slightly more firm microfiber pad on the top of the mop head that you can use by flipping the mop over to use for stubborn scuff marks or sticky things. I use this for wet mopping but I could see where the pads would also make good dry dusters. They pick up the dirt and grime from my floors and keep it all in the pad until I can throw it in the washing machine. The fact that you get so many pads is nice so you aren't having to wash the same one just to use the mop - you can do several changes before you have to wash them. The bottle is wide mouth for easy pouring and cleaning afterwards. Plus the large opening means it dries quickly (I let mine dry completely before storing it in the mop to avoid mold or mildew). So far, this is a quality product and hasn't started to fall apart or leak.

I highly recommend this mop. I bought it to keep my kitchen checkered floor clean. I have two big dogs with muddy paws. This mop is easy to use. It is lightweight and the refillable bottle is awesome. Great buy!

This floor cleaner is GREAT - I mix Bona floor cleaner w water. way better of a cleaner than swipper - i wash the cleaning pad with "Super Clean" = cleans up well. will never use a swipper again. Bona and this unit leave behind a bit of a shine - we have new, ceramic flooring and live in Phoenix - running and walking the dog track in black from the bottom of dogs pads and my running - this cleans way better than swipper - ya two pairs of shoes in and out but still floor gets dirty here. highly recommend.

I had no idea how dirty my hardwood floors were until I used this mop; it works great! When the mop arrived, the handle was broken off, I'm guessing damaged during shipping, but this still left the spraying mechanism in tact, so all I had to do was depress the plunger-like rod sticking out of where the handle ought to have been, and this was very easy, not too much resistance that would require it to take much force but at the same time not weak enough that you could accidentally bump it and trigger the spray. The disadvantage of not having a handle is the look of a broken handle and the inability to hang the mop, but maybe this is an advantage as there are customer review claiming to have issues with spraying in the first place. This being my first experience with a spray mop, I must say that in my opinion it's a real upgrade from the whole mop and bucket scene (no heavy bucket to slosh around, no endless trip to the sink; the spray mop system saves on water, mess, and hassle). Some things to note is although it picked up a lot of the dirt, some of it was moreso just getting pushed towards my baseboards (as other reviewers have noted as well), so keep this in mind when considering which direction to push the mop, especially if bending over to wipe up the pushed around stuff with a paper towel would pose an issue for you physically. Also, I recommend first testing the mop in the middle of the room or at least a few feet away from other objects as the distance of the spray will of course depend on the angle at which you are currently holding the mop: too low of an angle or too close to other object could get your spray on items other than just the floor; too high of an angle and you're basically just creating a puddle on the floor. It's not rocket science, but it is something to consider if you've never used a spray mop before. As I only wanted to focus on certain rooms in my house, I only filled the bottle half way, and it worked like a charm and I still had quite a bit leftover. (I also think it's nice that you can fill it with whatever you want and as little or as much as you want because I have friends with hand problems, and spray mops have always seemed out of reach for them due to concern over the weight they would need to carry and push around.) I had no need to test the scrubber, so I have no feedback there. After mopping, I removed the microfiber pad, followed the washing instructions the next time I had a load of laundry, and it seems to have maintained its integrity. Overall, it was pretty straightforward to learn and easy to use. I'm definitely expecting continued good use from this mop!

Love this mop! Easy to put together. Used it twice so far, super easy to use and the swivel of the mop helps it maneuver in hard to reach areas. I love that I can use my own homemade cleaner and wash the mop pads when dirty instead of throwing them away . Great mop!

I love this mop. It’s easy to use. Works great and just peel off the cloth and wash and reuse.

Really wanted a decent quality mop but didn't want to buy a swiffer. This has washable pads that you can throw in the washing machine and you can use any cleaner in the spray bottle. I was a little worries about it being a manual release, but it sprays really easy. It seems to be made well. hoping it lasts a long time.

Without question this mop is the best that there is. Unlike other mops where the spray mechanism breaks easily or operates inconsistently, these mops work for years. We are only buying a new one because we shifted countries. The other important fact is that the mopping surface is always level and covers the full area of the pad, unlike other mops which can lift at the edges. The pads are durable and work well. The entire product is well constructed. The only disappointment was not related to the mop itself but to the shipping company used by Amazon to send the product to Spain. Two shipments were lost, and the company used has a bad reputation which does not reflect well on Amazon. Of course this experience probably won’t apply in Germany or other EU states.

I can't believe how well this product works to clean my hardwood floors. It uses very little water yet the floors are squeaky clean! Very sturdy and well made. Very light as well, the stick is aluminium and not plastic. I bought the kit with 3 pads and 2 bottles, I feel like this will last me at least 10 years if not a lifetime. It makes cleaning my appartment really easy. It works great on corners and picks up everything. It's also amazing on ceramic floors and it leaves no streaks at all. It takes me about 15m to do the floors in my 1100sqft apartment. I love this and will not use anything else for the rest of my life. Much better than Vileda UltraMax which uses to much water for hardwood floors and needs to be wrung constantly. Love love love this!
