Caution: Order the Six Hole Hinges
Quality product, seems better than the original hinges. Problem I encountered was holes on hinge for lid were opposite (see the hinge picture). To solve this I drilled new holes in hinge but for you to solve this just order the six hole hinge and use only the three holes that line up!

Holes need to be drilled
I bought a 5 cu ft freezer on Amazon, and one of the plastic hinges cracked and broke, so I needed to replace it. I figured Amazon would have the correct hinge since it sold the freezer. Everything about this hinge was correct except the location of the holes. As you can see from the pictures, the holes were not in the correct location. I needed a 1-hole on top and a 2-hole on the bottom. I did buy a hinge with 6 holes but the holes were off on that one as well so used the first set to drill holes. I looked and none of the hinges had the correct hole location. I ended up drilling holes to match the old hinge, photo included. Disappointing when you have to drill holes in new hinges, but it now opens and closes. :-)
