It is awesome, but I don't like the new numeric pad
It is awesome, but I don't like the new numeric pad. There is no "enter" button there. Num Lock is at the bottom. Home, end, pgup & pgdn keys are with the arrows, which means you have to hit Fn if you want to use them. Not all innovations are good

not as fast as I expected it to work but it works...battery also sucks a lot.UPDATE: This product was manufactured in 2014! They falsely advertised this product by just taping over the box stating 2018 on it.

Whats the point of a powerful laptop if it doesn't function properly
I am pretty annoyed that i have had issues with this laptop right out of the box. Every time I sign in it gives me an error message saying it could not log me in to my account at which point you have to log out then back in or use a temporary account. This is a $1k laptop and I have to deal with this every time I log in are you serious? I don't care how good the specs are on this laptop, if I cannot get this issue resolved its going back!UPDATE:The computer now works fine after my IT friend helped me out. The computer works great now. I am not a fan of the keyboard though so i knocked a star for that.

Very fast, and not heavy unlike most gaming laptops I tried
Bought this at Costco. Have it for 2 weeks now. I use it for graphic design and I am superbly impressed of the speed! Rendering time is so much faster. What normally takes as 2 mins in my Sony i7 only takes less than seconds with this laptop. Second, speakers are really loud but sound quality is still great! Makes it awesome to play movies and music without plugging in extra speakers. I like the matte texture of the laptop. The only downside is it does not have a dvd drive, and the battery is built in. It would be great if battery can be easily replaced so I can pack an extra one when its wearing down or I need an extra one during my travels, but I guess it's still good because this way, they made the laptop more compact and easier to carry around which is actually a big plus. Totally recommend it! Will update review after six months if I see any changes. Worth every dollar.

Well worth ordering even if you're not a gamer.
Bought it from Costco three days ago also and if you can get by with dealing with a red keyboard, It's simply perfect for what it has for the money. Setting it up was a breeze as you simply spoke to it. Hopefully it'll drop to $800 again as I'll order another one.
