Used these as a replacement of roses plenty of room to wire absolutely perfect for the job.

it is great when changing existing wiring to use spot lights .

These are perfect for ceiling spotlights. You can see the wires easily and they are grub screws for clamping. Many people are using the spring clips now but these are great. They have cable clamps on all entry points so comply with part P. They easily slide up into the ceiling space so you can maintain it easily.

I really like these, use used them on several lights in the house now and will continue to, bit on the big side but managed to work with them going up through a down lighter hole
