After receiving the original pair I ordered gloves seemed to have had a bit of a stitching issue; regardless I was able to get in touch with the seller/distributor and they were able to send me a better pair to replace the voided pair. I can't remember the last time I have delt with customer service regarding a faulty item and have an almost instantaneous response and on top of it all they had the solution to the problem right off the "get-go"..
