Camera Mounts and Clamps for GoPro Hero7 Black 2018 Hero 7 Silver White Hero6 5 4 Cam, Quick Release Plate Adapter Applicable to Zhiyun Smooth stabilizer Feiyu SPG EGV Mobile Gimbal

Just got this in today and had high expectations for it. Purchased to use with my gopro hero 7 and zhiyun smooth q. The back plate that fits into the zhiyun is nice and beefy but and the bracket that goes in front of the gopro is machined nicely. My problem is the screws it came with are both too short and to small. The first few threads in the brackets I can push the screws straight threw them before getting to the threads that I can use to tighten it in. If you don't have a specialty nut and bolt store that's open on the weekend (like me) then use teflon tap to try and make use of the screws otherwise your sh*t out of luck.

I thought this product was good ..but the screws need much larger heads.. and this should he made of a lighter metal...

Works fine for me as intended. Seems a bit heavier than necessary.

I wouldn't get it to balanced no matter what I did the end with the GoPro was heavier. Hero 4 black and osmo mobile with this didn't make a good combination

used with Yi 4k +...would not balance correctly on Zhiyun Smooth Q. Counter balance is needed. However the Smooth Q will function, but being out of balance may create some strain on the motors.

Great adapter...until it wasn't. Now I have a handful of parts that I can't assemble because the damn screw threads are too short/stripped.

This adapter is listed as fitting the GoPro Hero 8 - but it does NOT fit. The screw on bracket is too small to fit over the camera and the camera will not fit in the machined space in the plate where it should sit. Very disappointed in this product.
