Great Product
This item is a great addition to my boot cleaning regimen! Cleans, conditions, and waterproofs. IT DOES DARKEN LEATHER DRASTICALLY! I actually wanted to darken the boots I used it in so wasn't an issue. Would highly recommend.

Does what it says it does
I bought this specifically to condition and weatherproof a pair of boots and to use on a couple gun holsters and various and sundry other leather items. Before applying it to the boots, I heated each boot in turn thoroughly using a hair dryer. Then, after applying the conditioner by hand and working it into the leather, I once again used the hair dryer to further warm the leather and liquify the conditioner in order to enhance the absorption into the leather. My observations several hours later are as such:The leather absorbed the conditioner quite well and it doesn't seem to have left a greasy residue at all. Several hours after application, I sprinkled water on the boots and it beaded up and rolled off the leather quite nicely. So the waterproofing capability of this stuff seems to be quite adequate. It also softened the leather quite a bit which will likely help to make the boots more flexible and therefore more comfortable. Time will tell on that one. But the waterproofing and the softening are proof enough that the conditioner is doing what it's suppose to do.One downside, which really isn't that big of a deal, is that it dramatically darkened the leather of the boots. I mean by a lot. I'm not real happy with that as I was rather fond of the medium brown color of the boots which are now an EXTREMELY dark chocolate brown. But, they are boots and function is far more important than form in my mind. I'm hoping that after a few days of the conditioner soaking in, the boots might return to their natural shade of brown, but if they don't, I will still have some soft, flexible and waterproof boots. And that is what I was looking for. So overall, I dig this stuff and I do recommend it for conditioning and waterproofing of leather items.*As an update to this review, I am happy to say that after several days, the leather did in fact return to it's original coloration. The darkening of the leather disipated as the conditioner cured. So if this is a concern, don't sweat it. This stuff is a great conditioner/waterproofer and does wonders for any leather goods.

Exceptional Product
Goes on super easy, leather drinks it right up. Smells perfect: not a cleanser, not floral, right down the middle. Feels great on bare hands too. Not too greasy, washes of fine.

Works well & removes blemishes
This worked well on our leather couches. My dog scratched the couch, leaving nail marks all along the side. I used a dab of this with a dry rag and it covered it up nicely. I would buy this again and feel confident it will remove and cover most blemishes.

Bickmore turned a used old jacket amazing.
This is a story about an old jacket, memories and Bickmore Leather Conditioner power.I went thrifting several weeks ago and came upon a brown leather “Bomber jacket” stile circa 1980’s. The leather was warned, cracked and dry it was priced at only $6 dollars because it was in such warned out condition. Otherwise the jacket was in good shape, no holes or rips, the buttons all worked, the zipper worked and the inside liner dough dirty and smelly it was in excellent condition also the bottom and wrist trim’s and collar were all in good condition. So I purchased it for $6 dollars. Now here’s why I was attacked to this beat-up jacket. When I was in high school, I was about 17/18 years old and I remember going shopping with my mom and seeing this jacket, this exact stile Bomber jacket, the brand “Wilson” and I wanted to purchase it, unfortunately $600 dollars for it back then was too expensive for me or my family. I wasn’t poor, but come-on $600 bills in 1986, that was too much to spend on any jacket and so I didn’t purchase it, eventually I forgot about, so I thought, but subconsciously the idea of owning that jacket stayed with me.Well, I’m 50 now and I can definitely afford $600 bones or more for a jacket and being honest I’ve bought some things costing that much or more throughout my life. Now finding that same jacket again, after so many years later, and even dough it was in this beat-up condition the $6 dollar price was something I just couldn’t pass up.When I got it home, first thing I did was to get it dry cleaned and replaced the inner material that keeps the wearer warm, it’s a material between the liner and the leather and all that costed me about $80 dollars.Next, I tangled with the warned out leather it self and I tried several different products that didn’t take care of the entire jacket, some brought it back to its natural and original color of the jacket, but it wasn’t until I purchased and used Bickmore Leather Conditioner on it, that the jacket came back to its true lustrous life.Bickmore Leather Conditioner is the best product out-there, I did had to use lots of “elbow-grease” but it was worth it, because now my jacket looks and feels absolutely beautiful, every crack and dry spot is completely gone, it’s all evenly coherently soft and back to its original condition and color. So, for approximately $100 bones I’ve finally got my leather bomber jacket from my time in high school, it only took me about 33 years, but with patience/luck, elbow-grease and Bickmore Leather Conditioner I’ve finally got my jacket and It’s better because I’ve brought it back to life all on my own.

10/10 to salvage my old couch
This stuff is amazing! I have a giant leather couch that has seen better days. We live in a very dry climate and that does a number on leather upholstery. The leather was getting very dry and almost brittle. But I can’t afford to replace it so I decided to give this stuff a try. When I tell you I swear by this stuff! My couch looks like a different piece of furniture! The side on the left is before I applied the stuff and the right is after. Super easy to do. I just used my hand and rubbed it into the cushions.

Helped my shoes look new again!
This stuff is amazing, and can be applied with your hand, no odor… made my shoes look new and I used it on a stained purse and some new bags to keep them from getting stains… my husband says I should have bought the 8 ounce… think we wants all his shoes and boots protected too! But this four ounce will last quite a while… three pairs of shoes and a couple bags, didnt dent into it much.

Too difficult to apply
I believe this could be a good product, but so difficult to apply. I even microwaved it, but as soon as you apply to the leather, it hardens making it almost impossible to rub in or apply. I purchased for my sofa.
