Good enough
Doesnt compare to the equipment at the gym but ok if you dont fancy that, the max resistance listed here and other places is 330 lbs, about 200 lbs on the manufacturers website and 215 lbs in the reistance chart you get with the gym, its dissapointing but i believe one of the lower resistances is correct, a rough calculation i made came to 231 lbs for a 65kg stack.

Almost 5 stars
I have recently purchased one of these and after assembling the overwhelming amount of parts, feel very satisfied. The only issue which would stop me giving this 5 stars is not so much the functionality but the finishing! I found some of the quality not as good as it could be. However these where aesthetics not fundamentals. So what do I like about this gym? Comprehensive would be a good summary. The machine allows me to do all of my current commercial gym routine. The butterfly press is particularly good because it is not restricted to the distance of your shoulder to your elbow. There are lots of machines out there which have the forearm design but if you can find a machine which allows a hugging action for a fly press, this would be the one to look out for. This one does. The seat is fully adjustable and has an impressive tilt solution to accommodate a good shoulder press.Another great factor is the working weight on offer! When I finished building the gym (which whilst daunting was a lot easier than first impressions) I placed the pin at the maximum weight (not recommended BTW) and tried to lift. First I thought I had assembled it incorrectly but the weight is currently beyond me. 150kgs is the maximum resistance weigh, even though the stack amounts to 70KG. I can bench press 60KG of free weight in the gym but cannot achieve half the stack on this machine. Good to know I have something to work to.Here are my negative cosmetic moans: There was an exercise poster but this was damaged and beyond display (packing). The badge on the machine was dented and doesn't stay stuck for long. The seats are a bit untidy from the back which you never see. There are no weight sizes listed on the actual plates within the stack. However I would put this down to the various actions of cable routes you can take to achieve an exercise. All in all value for money and I have noticed a few good deals if you look hard enough.
