Generally fits really well for the ROG Ally, especially from what I’ve seen compared to other brands cases etc. Solid durability from what ive experienced, and overall is a quality accessory kit for the Ally.Very handy to have it as a bundle too, with both the shell case fit with cutouts well to protect it, combined with the hard carry case to put the whole unit in when not in use, it’s great to have it as a solid quality set, as with other portable consoles I own I’ve had to hunt around to find both the best bumper/protection case to fit my console, then also separately have to find the right carry case from a different place of a good quality while making sure the console can fit in the hard carry case with its protective shell on I bought elsewhere for example. This kit for the Ally however nullifies that issue of having to hunt around separately for both the shell case to fit and a hard carry case to put it all in, as this is tailored to work with each other obviously.Overall would rate very highly, my personal experience buying and using this two piece kit for my Ally has deffo been beneficial generally, so I’d say 5* all round 👍🏻

Premium quality all over. The grip is fantastic by adding a little extra grip, protection and most of all it allows the ally to stand up right on any surface confidently. This is great for when charging or even displaying. The case is one of the best I've owned with precision design that is sleek and minimal offering great support for throwing in your bag.Highly recommended combo.

Brilliant case and skin for my ROG Ally. I have been using the Spigen Armour case but it is far to bulky, this case is much slimmer despite being a hard shell (not quite as tough as the Spigen). The skin is fantastic also and doubles as a stand.The only thing is that due to the cases small size, if you put pressure on the case the joysticks will click however this doesn’t bother me too much as they are designed to click anyway. It’s a small factor when this case is a great size.

Overall the quality of this is fantastic (especially considering the price).The case fits perfectly with the GripCase on the Ally, which is a big plus if you want to use the GripCase.I love how the GripCase also stands up by itself, saving you the need for a stand when docking.One of the zips was not functioning properly for me, but refund was handled easily and I imagine this was just a production error.The only thing I dislike about this is if you use the case without the GripCase on the ally, the console moves slightly around due to not filling the extra room.Not an issue for this bundle, but im surpeised so many people have not mentioned this in the reviews for the case product alone.The GripCase does make the ally more comfortable around the base, but there did feel to be a trade off for me, where I lost the sleek slim design of the ally, and the fit was good but I did notice the case move slightly at times.In the end I have decided to order a slimmer case (TomToc) as I think my main priority for getting the ally was the lighter weight and portability Vs the steam deck which I found a bit clunky. This grip case and case (to me at least) make the ally fit in your hand more like a steam deck.Still a 5 star review as the products are great and work perfectly in combination.

Great bundle, well tested, durable and fitting snugly with the screen protector on.

It is comfortable and quality is great. One thing I didn't like is that it is not compatible with any 180 degree usb C adapter

The grip definitely the better part of this bundle. I was getting pretty bad hand cramps while using the triggers on the ROG Ally. But, the extra depth for grip on this case made it a joy to play for hours. It snaps right on and does not obstruct and fans or airflow. The free standing option is a great additional feature. I can't imagine this would provide much impact protection, as it seems more designed for comfort. But, better than nothing. The case is designed to fit the handheld with the grip attached, so if you don't like the grip, the case will not suit you either. It has a small accessories pocket which lags over the screen, but putting anything in there seems to put pressure on the screen. This probably would have been better placed on the bottom in the gap left by the raised grips. The set comes with a nice screen cleaning cloth too.
