I ordered 2 pcs , but 1 is not working , I changed the battery also still it's not working.

Its a Bluetooth device, but it send data to any nearest Galaxy device and that device when ever connected with internet at that time it will send this information to you, No real time Location, No GPS connectivity.

When the Mazda app subscription free trial expired, I needed something to track my vehicle where there wasn't a monthly service fee. In comes the Galaxy SmartTag2. I have a Galaxy phone so it was a no brainer. The tracking works as advertised and setting it up was seamlessly. When the device is near your phone or at least within the range of the bluetooth, it'll track the location almost exactly. But if it is out of the range of your phone, it'll ping nearby Galaxy phones to approximate its location which is usually accurate. Works best if the device is stationary.

Voit bien l'état de la pile. Jumelage simple. Voit le tag. Sur une application. Sonnerie distincte. Fait Sonne le téléphone même en mode silence. Limite par rapport parking sous terrain. Parfois pas de signal

Para los que tienen duda como funciona, el dispositivo funciona similar a un GPS pero con la limitacion que depende de que halla cerca de el dispositivos samsung como celulares o tabletas contectados a la red celular o una wifi. De otra forma el dispositivo jamas podra ser encontrado. En Mexico el mercado de samsung no es tan grande como en estados unidos asi que se debe considerar que el dispositivo no se pueda rastrear de forma consistente. En el par de ocasiones que lo he rastreado solo se ubica en ciertos lugares.
