You could use something like partition magic or hire s boot USB util to find out, or from CMD try diskpart to list it.

How do i reformat this for use on PC instead my xbox? I want to use it for music and photos but the PC wont give me any format options.

Looks like your settings on your pc. I managed fine to format it on my laptop. Plug it in and open disc manager to format it. Hope this helps.
