Rytsar has been one of the most popular Dom's in Red's Submissive series and everyone who is a die hard fan of the series have been chomping at the bit for his story, a look behind the curtain of his life.Red gives us plenty of background on Rytsar throughout flashbacks to his past and how he became the Sadist he is today. He has been a steadfast brother to Thane since they met in college. And now he is a steadfast dyadya to moye solntse (Brie's baby) and protector to Radost Moya (Brie).With everything that has been happening with Sir's deranged sister, I couldn't wait for Rytsar to get to town and take that pyscho witch out. She's somehow managed to elude the other Dom's who have been watching over Brie, Tono Nosaka and Brad Anderson, as well as the police. And I knew once Rytsar found out that Lilly had attempted to kidnap and harm Brie, he would go berserker on her.Red pulled at my heartstrings way too many times in this story, but that's because Rytsar hasn't had an easy or joyful life. He has been through so much, weathered way more storms than any one person should have to. As much of a Sadist as he is, he also displayed an deeply emotional side in this book as well. I just wanted to wrap my arms around him throughout the book and try to give him some type of comfort.I admit I did not like a particular thread running through the story, only because I feel such a bond with Rytsar and all that has happened with him all throughout this series and I feel so protective of him, as I'm sure the die hard fans of the series do as well. And that ending? Oh holy Lord NO!! Talk about a cliffhanger! Not cool, Red, not cool at all! How am I supposed to wait now until the next book comes out to find out what is in store for these people that are so entrenched in my heart?? I think Red is secretly a Sadist too, even though she looks and acts so nice and innocent on the surface!

I don't know where to start. This segment of the series is definitely about one of my favorite characters Rytzar. A complex caring man who doesn't want anyone to know. Because of his love for Brie and Thane you (the reader) enjoy experiencing his caring side on occasion. His passionate side is off the charts. This book was so emotional. Thank you Red Phoenix for this great series.

Her Russian Knight is an action packed tale woven by Red Phoenix for her fan's delight.Rystar shows his dedication by taking on Shadow., and conquers the angry cat. Rystar moves Brie and Shadow to his villa. Todd Wallace, Marques Gray and Rystar put their heads together. Rystar knew he was running out of time, but doesn't expect how soon.

I'm rarely speechless. But this book? Blown. Away.I laughed, cried (several times), cringed, applauded, worried, remembered, shouted for joy, loved a black cat, and the emotions go on and on.So much of Rytsar's past is told. So many insights to the man that we've never known before. Why he is like he is. And yet, it feels like there so much more to learn. And we grow to love Rytsar far more than we've already done.Action packed. Hardly a dull moment. Whether Rytsar is in the hospital with Sir, or taking care of Brie (so many different ways), or hunting the evil step-sister, or interacting with other characters, or just living life, he's doing it in a big way. He is a rollercoaster of energy. What's not to love?The storyline of Sir's hospitalization continues. And wonderful progress towards recovery happens. Brie is thrilled. As was I, the reader.A favorite line of mine from this book is when Master Anderson states that Rytsar wears his heart on his sleeve. I never thot of it that way before. But it's so true when it comes to Rytsar interacting with Thane and Brie. Rytsar may be a big, bad, intimidating sadist of a man. But we get to see his softer side and it is endearing!Just so you know, it's a doosey of a cliffhanger book. Yet it ends at a perfect moment. There's just so much more I want to read. And based on comments on FB, there's a ton of peeps feeling the same way!Each book in this Brie series by Red Phoenix is better than the last. I wonder how that is when I think the most recent one can't be topped. Yet, every time, I'm astounded. How Red has an imagination so big is mind boggling. But I want to say thank you to Red for this incredible journey, and I cannot wait for more!Bummer I can only give 5 stars....

I have followed and loved this series from the beginning.Heartbreakingly beautiful, Red Phoenix writes her characters with strength, loyalty and dedication and none more so than the big Russian himself, Rytsar has always seemed almost invincible ready to take on the world to protect those he loves. In this book Red gives us a deeper insight into Rytsar's past, his life and the heartache he has endured. Oh boy are you in for a rollercoaster of a ride. I have never felt that Rytsar really needed anyone to hold him as much as I did in this story. Rytsar's heart was opened to let us see inside, yes there was still the strength of the man himself but there was also a more vulnerable side to Rytsar, a side that isn't often on display, a past that made me want to fight in his corner I wanted to stand with him against the world. Have you ever wanted to reach into a book and just hug that person, tell them it will be alright that you will do everything in your power to help them, that's exactly how I felt after reading Rytsar's story. His story was beautifully written and so powerful such a turmoil of emotions, you will laugh one minute and be crying into you tissue the next. This story will stay with you long after you have closed the book. Honestly can't wait for the next book Red.

Rystar..........whats not to like? (propably his cat o nines!!) hahahaThis is his POV of the ongoing story-line but it is about both his past and present. He is a larger than life character. Not that he would admit but this man has a huge heart, BUT do not harm those he loves or you will definitely see his monstrous side.This series really does get better and better. Even though each book in the series is telling the same story but from the different characters points of view it does not feel repetitive, it is bringing them to life. I am looking forward to seeing how this series moves forward.Next!!

OMG I have loved this book and Rytsar is one of my favourite book characters, such loyalty and love for his friends. This was a great follow on to Thane & Brie’s story and I loved this book, I don’t want to write what I really want to as I don’t want to give away any spoilers. Those who have read this you probably know what I want to say after this ending... heart is in my mouth all is ok and I’m about to start on the next one 👍👍

She has done it again. Not only are these books sexy but well written. I am moved by all the emotion poured into each book. I laughed, cried, gasped, awed and yet again shouted OMG NOOOO. Like most I fell in love with Rystar during his and Brie's first night and came to admire the sadist with a heart of gold. Finally reading about his life before Thane and Anderson met him opened my eyes to this truly wonderful character as to why he is as he is. It makes so much sense to his actions through out the books. Thank you Red for this wonderful insight into this hottie of a Russian knight.

I love this series and this book is another mind blowing installment! I was so relieved to finally see some development with sir in this book and then got to the end even more frustrated than when I started, but in the best way! Rystar is one hot Dom, and I loved learning more about him & his past as well as seeing new sides to him, this book was hard to put down & I'm really hoping we haven't seen the last of the sexy Russian Dom! Would highly recommend this series!! Well done Red Phoenix you've done it again, hope you don't make us wait too long & let Rystar see his niece (or nephew) please!!! 💕👍
