Dryer is 30 years old - still going strong, cap needed with a synchronous motor - most likely to go after 10 years, so get this replacement. Cheap as chips and works fine now.

This replaced a faulty capacitor on our tumble dryer - it would not rotate.A job to get to the installed capacitor - tumble dryer design. But once replaced , all good.

A great spare part. Took me about an hour to disassemble the dryer to access the motor and starting cap. Found a very useful video on YouTube to help me. I had a multimeter with capacitor tester, so once I got it out I could measure that it was foobar.For the price it was worth a go.

This was used as a last resort attempt to repair my concrete mixer which stopped turning and just made a buzzing noise. It worked a treat. I thought that the motor might have burnt out so it was a gamble but it paid off. It won't work miracles every time but my experience says it may be worth a try. Saved me £hundreds.

The media could not be loaded. Thanks to this part i managed to fix my tumble dryer. Make sure that you have plenty of time specially when assembling back together. Take pictures of where bolts going as there are few different ones. Always switch the appliance off and drain water off before you start your job. There are few videos online to help you with that job so use them. I'm posting photos just as a guidance because capacitor might be in completely different place. Make sure that this is the part you need and it is correct one for your appliance. Good luck and have a go before throwing old way away.
