Very easy to set up - looks so real and I have received many compliments. Very sturdy and love the height, color and width of this tree. Adds a lot of ambiance to my living room. Right now, exceeds my expectations.

Most realistic artificial tree that I have ever seen. Real wood trunk with twisted bottom trunk. I bought the tallest one which is higher than my floor lamps and upright plant stand, therefore the wall its on is not balanced. But I'm figuring it out. It is as tall as my china cabinet. I am very happy with this purchase.

This tree is well made and very realistic. I wasn't entirely sure the size would work for me, but since the listing advertises free shipping and free returns, I went ahead and tried it thinking I could exchange it if necessary. Unfortunately, the "free returns" is not accurate. Instead of a prepaid label, I was sent a label that requires me to pay the return shipping fee. That fee, from California, was $175 dollars at UPS due to the size of the box. I reached out to the company about the offer of free returns, but did not hear back. I will now try to resolve through Amazon and will update if a resolution is found. In the meantime, I just wanted to warn others that the "free returns" is misleading.Update: Amazon helped with the shipping cost, but it was rather time consuming. Still I am grateful there was a resolution offered. I am surprised they have not removed the claim of "free shipping"!

The media could not be loaded. I re-shaped the tree. I bought a pot at The Home 🏡 Store and built a base inside to elevate it. It is now at 7 feet tall with the pot. Where the sticks connect to the base of the branch there was some hot glue, but you can easily remove it carefully. For the price point this is worth it because the bases are actual real wood and you don't have to connect it so it makes it much more stable. Tree + vase + moss it was a total of $270 compared to Pottery Brand and Crate and Barrel the tree and vase together would cost $500+.

First of all, the tree is well made & came quickly & well packed. It is a pretty tree, but does not look like an olive tree to me with the 3 different tiers. I wish I had ordered one of the other trees with a different shape, but I was trying to buy "made in the USA". That is my fault about the shape, not the manufacturer's. I should have paid more attention to the photo. I thought that I could arrange the branches so that the overall shape would be different, but I was able to only to a certain extent. I have it in my living room at this time - I am not sure what kind of tree it represents. :)
