Shocking how I could notice difference on my first day of use. I feel like my thoughts are more “organised”. And instead of million thoughts racing at the same time, it feels like they all go one by one when I take the tablet. Easy to swallow. I’ve took these for a while but stop after having side effects like headache and tummy issues, but I’m trying again after a while and I had no side effects for this second time.

Been taking these for about 2 months now and since then my sleep has improved dramatically. I haven’t noticed any improvement in memory or concentration though.
