It's there any chance you can send those 4 bolts to me?
The Tv its ok , but it missing the 4 bolts which help you to mount it on the wall, I just wach some review and 4 bolts and 4 plastic distancer are included in the package.I got the plastic one but it's missing 4 metallic bolts which are to mount the TV on the wall

Fortunately the TV itself was unscathed and works beautifully
Packaging had two big holes which the courier (purposefully or not) positioned hidden from the receptionist at my work. They were at the back of the TV but looked worrying.Fortunately the TV itself was unscathed and works beautifully. The apps are very easy to use and the setup process took less than 15 minutes. The image quality is very good, however the monitor struggles with displaying lower definition content. 4K content looks gorgeous and image is miles better for gaming than my previous 1080 display.I've only had the product for a few days but I'm very happy with it.

Bought July 2018 broke down April 2020
55" TV is generally great, however when a darker scenes are viewed, the colour splits into chunks of black hues and is very broken up. I had ignored a review that stated the same thing. So be aware of this flaw as it does spoil the viewing sometimes.Well I need to update my review, as of today it just won't work. Cut out in the middle of a film now TV wont come back on for more than a fraction of a second. For nearly £900 this is unbelievable.

Delivered with a fault
. When trying to switch on showed that there was a major fault and would not work past the fault screen. I am in the process of returning the TV not what i expected for something costing £899.00.Plus all the aggravation of returning something of this size. I contacted Samsung Customer Service and also Amazon I was informed this was a major fault and that the TV was not fit for purpose and should be returned as defective.

You get what you pay for
What an amazing tv. Although not 3d, the picture quality makes it look like the characters are in the room with you. Superb bit of kit!
