Fantastic machine
This is a really sturdy treadmill which easily copes with 150kg runner without issue. Used daily for 1 hour since purchase and do far no issues.

quiet electric treadmill
Bought this machine to replace a York treadmill , the plastic display is not as robust as the old one , but is very clear and easy to use . The delivery men brought it into the room required , unpacked & took away packaging , very helpful. The handbook is very basic and doesn't explain about the folding mechanism , had to look on web to find how to get it back down , basically I had to give it a little kick on the joint of upright bar and it very neatly lowered in slow motion with hydraulics.Have used it every day since delivery and very happy with this machine , good value for a serious bit of kit.

JTX sprint 5
Great product - ultra fast delivery and unboxed built and working in under 20 minutes (basically a couple of bolts either side of the display base)The documentation is the only let down for me, luckily i've had several treadmills through the years so figured most of it out very quickly. What I'd like to know is if there is a pause button, because I can't find it. Every other treadmill I've had - horizon, york etc all have them, so if the door goes or the phone rings or you are counting calories you can stop mid run and then return to running and burning.I have asked the question on the JTX site, but as yet, no reply. When I did phone up regarding delivery, the person at the other end was superb and knowledgeable with a very friendly attitude, so hopefully I'll get an answer soon and would have given it 5 stars immediately if the documentation was up to scratch.

Customer care is a nightmare
Had the most unbelievable experience. The motor is faulty and the company very kindly accepted that it’s covered by warranty. But here is the shocking bit - it’s says the motor is covered but not the engineer visit to change it.Hence it will send the motor but we need to arrange engineer ourself. The treadmill is a nightmare but nowhere as much as the customer care. This is my first negative review on Amazon.

Recommended!
I spent weeks researching what treadmill to buy as I had never bought one before. I nearly bought a different one as it was more expensive and I assumed better because of that. Glad I didn't because I've been really pleased with almost every aspect of this one.It was delivered within 48 hours (was very surprised at that) and although assembly was not as easy as it could be (instructions were more a hindrance than a help) it was difficult and we were ready to go inside 10 minutes. The treadmill itself is a powerful machine and doesn't seem to have any issues with my bulk running on it (260lbs). It squeaks a little, but then so do the 10K machines at the gym I use. My daughter has been running 3-5 miles a day on it since it arrived and although I have not managed that it's been used a lot. We've not had any issues with the machine and I've even had an email from the company offering free exercise routines if I want them.Overall couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this treadmill to anyone looking for one.Dave Morrison

Do not buy!
After having a cheap treadmill (which broke after 6 months of using) and finding my way to running, I bought this treadmill, because it looked like a sturdy piece of home training equipment. I didn't mind paying more than few hundred pounds, my goal was to have a treadmill that would last and I could exercise in my comfortable zone - home.I am not going to review about it's good qualities, which are the same as it is said in the description. I'm going to share my experience with JTX customer support. After using it for 4 months and not regularly, it was used only about 20 times in total(I was lazy this winter), white scratch marks appeared on the each side of the running belt. Something was rubbing on it. I reported it to the customer support immediately and stopped using it. JTX fitness representative replied to me asking to send some pictures of the treadmill, which I did. Then, they replied to me, questioning my intelligence, that they are dust marks and they should wipe off. Of course, they didn't. Then they told me to loosen the running belt and lubricate it, which I already did, according to the manual. The mystery how those scratches appeared after so little in use, still remain a secret. I will continue to use the treadmill as they instructed, but the belt is going to rip off, I guess I will have to look for a legal advice in the future, because the customer support was useless and they just don't care.I think this treadmill is not worth it. Moreover, you could find almost the same treadmills in this price range, but with a lifetime guarantee, not 2 years. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this treadmill or anything else from JTX fitness.
