Grill/Griddle Plate/Plancha | Stainless Steel | Solid

I bought this after spending hours trawling websites trying to find a flat grill plate that would fit my Whistler Broadway due to the fact that Whistler only make them for their more expensive BBQ’s!This fits perfectly on one side of the BBQ after removing the normal grate and is very substantial so doesn’t move about during cooking.The product is well made and designed well with the folded up sides (helps to stop food and oil dropping down your BBQ), only thing I would have preferred is it to be polished smooth on the cooking area as this would make it way easier to clean with no food getting stuck in the micro grooves left from machining the plate.Overall this is a great product and the lack of a polished cooking area isn’t enough to put me off, although if there was an alternative that was polished I would go for that due to the easier cleaning.

Sehr formstabil und gut zu reinigen. Damit kann man jeden Grill in einen Teppanyaki-Grill verwandeln. Auch für vegane Burger gut geeignet, da diese doch manchmal zerfallen könnten. Die Wärmeverteilung ist nicht ganz gleichmäßig, aber mit einem Infrarot-Thermometer gut messbar. Dann kann man die unterschiedlichen Temperaturzonen auch gezielt nutzen.

la qualité est bonne mais trop lourd

Le positif: très belle qualité, lourd, très facile à nettoyer.Le negatif: ben malheureusement pour ce qu'on attend du plancha, la cuisson, cette plancha est plutôt mauvaise, j ai également une plancha en fonte dans le même barbecue gaz weber et le résultat est incomparable. Il est difficile d'atteindre des hautes températures, l'inertie étant très faible, des que le volume est important la température de la plancha ne se maintient pas. Vous cuisez c est sur ...mais as à la manière de ce que l'on attend d'une plancha. Je regrette mon achat.....
