It requires no assembly.After hearing the story of Goku's heart challenge from my son-in-law, I felt compelled to purchase this action figure, especially since he was facing a heart transplant. When I walked in with Goku, the biggest smile appeared on the face of this fragile 38-year-old young man. "I'm going to draw upon the Universe like Goku and get well." All praises. He did.
