I've put this panel out of a roof window onto the roof with a good facing to the sun and I've also hung it in sun-facing windows. Using the ampere app I've measured, on an overcast UK March day, an average of 220mA and 4v output. I ended up also getting the 21w Allpowers panel (w/o battery), both proved invaluable charging my powerbanks during a recent period without grid power.
