This was a “big gift “ for our teenage daughter for Christmas who had a queen sized bed and tiniest bedroom in our home. So, this mama’s always looking for organizational tools and space saving equipment and this fit the bill perfectly! It’s metal, yet sturdy! Made for college kids I’d gather to guess. She lives it! It came with shelving underneath as described and charging ports and led lights to string across which, sold me very quickly given the technology my daughter will be needing when her high school journey begins as she was accepted at a very prestigious, local school she applied to and was accepted as a new incoming Scholar for freshmen year! This amazing education level is nothing but amazing for these young , creative minds to be treated more adult like ( college like) and the best part of this? She will graduate high school in 4 short years not just with a diploma but ahead of her career journey and it’s an accociates degree in biomedical sciences and potentially duel degrees she’s striving for with another in education! She was in desperate need of her own space with a desk shelves etc…. And this hit every point we were looking to surprise her with! It’s a very nice loft bed! My daughter is around 140 lbs and there is no stress in the frame whatsoever! The only issue we’ve seen which was a fairly easy fix was the string led lights strip that came for around her desk area had trouble sticking to the metal and would sag in the center but nothing a couple quick zip ties did fix very easily! Or even a tape I think would’ve been just fine. I would definitely recommend this for any child , teen, or adult that was spacially challenged in their bedrooms. And those bookshelves helped so much as she’s and avid reader who has a thing for books! Great gift, happy teen, and prepping for high school wrapped up in a fun space saving stylish way and give you child or teen or even young person heading off to college! That desk underneath will be huge help when school begins in August! I’d buy it again absolutely! Hers is a black matted metal finish and she was very happy with how much space and how much differently she has the choice to decorate as that’s ever changing with this term for sure 😅 highly recommend! Great find and a happy teen heading toward her big goals!! And a couple proud parents who are constantly working to give her her fullest potential in life!

I can’t recommend this loft bed enough!!! It was easily assembled and it is very sturdy. All the parts are labeled well and the directions are simple enough. We got the black one and It’s a beautiful bed and the dresser really helps. We have. Tiny home so my daughter’s room is a little smaller than her last, so this bed helps save space and money from having to buy a separate dresser. It fits perfectly in her room and she loves it! I love that it has brackets mount it into the wall for more support. I very highly recommend this bed. You won’t regret it.

First things first, the positives: very simple, very sturdy even without attaching to the wall. I am about 5 feet tall and can easily get into the desk space by lowering my head only slightly, so it's even better for growing kids to use. The shelves and drawers allow are spacious for any needs, and the rack-like support for the mattress above is very useful for further decoration or other hanging uses. Furthermore, the frame doesn't squeal or whine when climbing like I've come to expect from metal, so no harsh sounds on the ears when ascending or descending. The negatives: the desk space is thinner than expected - you won't be able to put your keyboard in front of your PC monitor without using something to elevate your monitor, so it seems to be made with laptops in mind. The ladder itself is thin metal bars and it's a little painful on soft and tender feet, so I encourage you to create some sort of cushion for them ahead of time. And finally, the big one... The instructions are SO tiny, and it tells you over and over and over to check the orientations of the holes so the screws and bars will line up correctly while assembling... it's INCREDIBLY HARD to do that when the diagrams are both busy and small! One major headache I had was while assembling the drawer space. The Part 15, which goes in the middle of that level, has an arrow on it. Let me tell you right now, the arrow points down to the floor. It's incredibly hard to make out its orientation on the diagrams. Don't get stuck like I did trying to figure out what I was doing wrong to make the drawers misaligned, screwing and unscrewing the thin frames thinking I put the wrong ones in the wrong places, only to find out the part I screwed in far earlier was upside-down. I had to disassemble some troublesome pieces to fix THAT mistake. In short, it's a very good bed frame especially for the price. I am happy with the overall quality, but the assembly was a marathon and a half.

I purchased this for my daughter, and I, admittedly, didn't know what to expect as the price was so great that surely it would be a subpar product, right? Nope! This thing is beautiful, especially for the price. Mattress thickness may be a concern for those with a thicker mattress to place in the loft but a 6in mattress fits great. This product is sturdy, even having the anti-tip drill holes to secure it to the wall so it doesn't move or tip over, and it was super easy to assemble too. It doesn't creak or make noise, and it's very stable even without being secured to the wall, but with the wall screws, it definitely won't go anywhere. My daughter loves it, says it's very comfy, and from our experience so far, it's been very stable and safe, just don't have 10 kids on it all at once or anything like that and I think this loft bed w the desk will serve you well. We got the white version, and the added bonus of outlets on the desk as well as a nice foam strip to add anywhere you want for added comfort/protection is great. Would buy again, would recommend to a friend.

UPDATED REVIEW: Initially item was shipped with no instruction manual. Contacted seller and manual was sent digitally in less than 12 hours. Customer service from seller (HandCutete) was excellent. Now for the bed... PURCHASE: I paid $160 + $80 shipping. For this price I expected a bed at most half the quality of what we got. SHIPPING: The shipping window for the bed was a couple weeks after it was ordered. The bed arrived 3 days after the purchase. It was a nice surprise to have it arrive so quickly. Packaging was secure and components arrived in excellent condition. ASSEMBLY: (Printed from a PDF file that the seller sent to me.) Installation manual was very clear and easy to follow. Assembled the bed in a few hours with my 12 and 9 year old son and daughter. Parts were all labeled clearly, steps were literally easy enough for a child to perform. Instructions were so clear and thorough that they even brought special attention to item facing and other small hiccups that amateur assemblers usually miss. Of all the beds I've assembled, these were easily the best instructions I've seen. QUALITY: The material of the bed is excellent. The desk surfaces felt and looked high quality. I have six children and have purchased different beds from different vendors for all them. I have purchased beds for double the cost of this bed + shipping, and they were half the quality. All the other kids were jealous and want us to order the same bed for them now. SUMMARY: If you're on the fence about this bed, let this review count as a strong vote for yes. Take it from someone who's purchased and assembled more beds and desks than I can count on fingers and toes...this quality, for this price, is something you will rarely find. Grab the bed, you won't regret the purchase.

The day it arrived I panicked because the second box didn’t come with the first and Amazon said that everything was delivered. So I contacted the seller who promptly gave me the tracking number for the second box. Everything arrived in good quality and seems to be very stable. The LED lighting works. I’ll be a bit dull so I’ve had to wrap Christmas lights around mine. The material is thick and seems to be long lasting. All the wiring works and it is a great space saver.

a great loft bed. the desk is great in my nyc apartment. There is a little wobble that will require extra reinforcing and wall anchoring, so I would not recommend it as a free standing bed. boxes came damaged. the assembly was pretty straightforward but a few of the metal pieces of framing were bent, and some of the screws are out of alignment. luckily it was only two screws and they weren't necessary for the structural integrity of the bed, so I left them out. Also there was a random extra part that didn't make a whole lot of sense. Ladder is pretty small and hard to climb too.

I love it so much and I’m so excited to surprise my daughter with it! The quality is amazing, I feel like they thought of everything, they even included pads for the ladder and a secondary strip for the LED lights to help them stick better! My daughter is 8 and she’s gonna be so psyched! I did have to order a shorter mattress because the one she had was so tall it went over the railings on the side (so maybe higher railings could be something for the company to reconsider?) but besides that I’m so amazed with it. It did take 3 of us almost 4 hours to assemble though so be prepared for that! Also the wall anchors were terrible, did not work in the wall and kept falling through and weren’t able to secure. Have to apply different wall anchors to make it safe.
