Just google what you're looking for, to view a broader aspect of vendors/merchants etc. selling whatever type you're looking for or of course continue looking here on Amazon, however I dont think this frosted mannequin was ment to have a stand. You can always try to alter it yourself to build your own stand maybe (if you like tinkering and what-nots). Hope this helps.

Is this clear frosted? Is it transparent? I love to paint to correct skin tone.

Hi, it is definitely frosted, but more of a white-ish frosted color (slightly see through, like in shadowy/blurred form because of the frost). Hope this helps & makes sense to you.

Is the "frosted" surface smooth or textured / rough?

Mine is smooth. But the edges are a bit rough. If you are worried about snagging fine clothing you can sand the edges or maybe cover in tape.
